This store went above and beyond my expectations. I placed an order online but it never came through. They were able to finance a fridge and have it delivered in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the service received.

Customer service here is poor. They call there customers liars and argue with them. The worst employee is Javier! An should be fired!

Eddie at the Glendale store is absolutely AMAZING. He went above & beyond to help me when I was having account issues. I can't say enough good things about him & this company. I'm so glad I went to them & not another company. THANK YOU EDDIE.

Verry bad customer service we set a pic up time frome my house between 11am and 3pm i calld 3 times she told me thay are on ther way in 30 min 30min pass and no pic up nothing at all i call now 5pm the store is closd so i call again i get the manager very roodly told me we are not picing it up you have to pay for it and that iam responsible for it i got my new couch set in my house i have no room for any of it ther couch set is in my drive way over night i told them last week im getting a new couch set i need it picd up thay told me if you leeve it out side snd any thing happens to it ill have to pay for it and i need to call a lawyer and the employees are hight dmell like weed verry rood DONT GO TO AARONS THAY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR JUNK AND APPLY YOUR PAYMENT TO ANOTHER ACOUNT AND TRY AND SUE YOU

They charged us when they weren’t supposed to but they were very quick to fix it! It was a weird situation and nobody knows how it happened but they were polite and quick to fix it!

The employees are very nice and the furniture is also. They have been very nice even tho i have been late on my payment a couple times.

This place is a complete joke, they are really rude. I had a friend who had his tv stolen and they want him to keep paying, they go to his house to harass him! Even when he paid they some how managed to claim “ losing the receipt “! That is not acceptable EVERYDAY they go to his house it’s ridiculous! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, EVERYONE IS RUDE & THEY DON’T HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Manager treated me like a criminal even though I've never done the rent to own thing, ever. He interrogated me and told me about what happens when people skip w/ merchandise. After asking for additional information to get me "approved" no one from this store ever contacted me again. I will never do business w/ this store. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to rent to own period.

Everything started off fine than time came for the furniture to be delivered and I been waiting all day. We called and they said the furniture was being sent after their lunch that was at 1 and it is now 4 pm.my husband is pissed and I have to deal with that now thanks aarons:)!

Armando I thought did things always up and beyond his dutes. When I was having a difficult time he was always there to help me out. He always listened and offered a helping to me. Thank you so much. See you soon.

We walked in store they took all our info, the store Manager Armando was very rude downgrading our income stating that more or less we wouldn't be able to pay.then his family walks in and he turns his back on us.we walk out and came to rent a center so we are walking out with couches and Tv. ARMANDO n cheaper then your store.

Every time i have called and a Karina answers the phone she gives me attitude she has 0 customer service skills. When i have spoken to Armando he is verry helpful but i unfortunately cant say the same about this girl. I called and made a arrangment and spoke to her specificaly and they made no note of it, so unprofressional.

This place is a joke! I know i should have not went here they don't even know what they are doing! I got a bed from here looked on line and seen the bed was about 400 to 500 on amazon. They never told me the price on the phone! I ended up getting it somewhere is with my credit. If you don't have good credit this might be a good place to start. Also when they call they put you on hold why in the hell do you call me if you just put me on hold don't get it.

Armando is a jerk. He was advised that my job now takes me out of country and he still acts like I need to call him right away. There are times I do not even have cell signal.
