I had the same experience as someone else.ordered for the sale, then got an email basically saying "sale not until after you order, and were not refunding the difference". I have ordered twice from them, both time made me wonder if I would ever get my order. The first time, I called and let them know that if my tracking didn't start by the following Monday, I would report it to my credit card as fraud. They blamed the postal service for the lack of tracking, but coincidentally it started tracking on the following Monday and was delivered on that Friday, so, 4 business days shipping from whenever they feel like shipping it.
My 2nd order never did track, got "label created" email, then it showed up about a week and a half later. I was going to call the day after it showed, but it made it.
The freon was genuine 410a, and a 25lb can.
I will probably shop around before ordering from them again because of their lack of diligence when shipping. They say they ship the same day they get the order, but I don't believe that. Next time, I will try to find something closer, but I know (at least I think I know) that if I have 2 or 3 weeks to wait and I just am not in a big hurry, I can get it here for about the "going rate".

The refrigerant is as advertised Product is of exceptional quality and durability. Easy to install and accurate in cannister weight. Will buy more for the upcoming 2024 summer season.
