16I'm Very disappointed with the lack of caring to this office. I have had two different doctors, at the last min, they always cancel my appointments. I am aware some of this is out of your control. But also I know there is a line of professionalism. You have some of your Medical Assistants, or whoever answer phones, rude and abrasive. We are in a middle of a damn pandemic, and the least you can do is train staff to have some compassion for others. I'm disappointed that I have taken time off work, and to be notified last min my appointment is canceled. My time is just as important as those doctors in that office. Please do your part and take responsibility for clients in this office. I'm sorry but I'm no longer going to be taking my services here.
I love my doctor Billy Evans he's great he really is helpful to my needs and I wouldn't change to another doctor.it's hard to find one that really listens and cares.
If you do not have insurance do not go here.
Even though I repeatedly said I had no insurance they said tell the dr it depends on how they code it.the cost would be $124.00 and shouldn’t go up. I told the dr numerous times and when I received another bill for $61.38 making a dr visit to refill inhailers because they wouldn’t until I went in making it $186.00 to see a dr for 10 minutes. When I called them to say this extra bill is a mistake they never got back to me. To avoid my credit becoming trash over this now I have to pay $61.38 more. They lie right to your face about the price. No one likes surprise billing and that’s exactly what they do.
I was very disappointed with my visit today as I got there on time for their opening at 7: 00 & there was a man there 15 minutes early waiting for his turn. The technician came in 7: 15 a.m. And made us wait another 15 min.before she even acknowledged us waiting. When I asked what took so long to open up because I never had to wait before, she said, "well sometimes you have to wait. " No smile, no apology just an attitude. Bad service.
Absolutely incompetence. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Ask the staff a simple question and they look at you like a deer caught in the headlights. Never again!
I have had my initial appointment to set up my PCP and I was so pleased. No wait time, everyone pleasant, Doctor listened and helped.
I had a geat experience here. Staff were friendly and helpful.and my provider was awesome. Great first impression!
THE SUPERVISOR CHARON NEED TO GET CHECKED SHE TELLS ME THAT THAT THE DOCTOR CAN NOT SEE MY SICK BABY BECAUSE WE WERE THERE AT 10 35 SO WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE AFTER WAITING A MONTH. DO NOT GO DO ANY OF THE ABROZO MEDICAL CENTERS. THE ARE JUST IN IT FOR MONEY. AND THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL. WE NEED TO GET MORE HOLISTIC DR. THE MEDICAL FIELD IS A JOKE AND THE PRACTICE PROVES IT. PLUS DONT VACCINATE YOUR KIDS THE MORE THEY GET THE BIGGER BONUS. NOW TO THE REPORT TO BBS. WORST PLACE EVER
My daughter had an appointment at 9: 40 am, we arrived 15 minutes before our appointment. Once we arrived, they told us we had to reschedule because we did not arrive 30 minutes prior to our appointment. They never called or told us in any way that we had to be there 30 min before.
The doctors here are awesome even though the wait can be a bit long. The patient portal check in is useless if you still need to show up 20 minutes before appt. When coming to any doctor's office consider how much you actually like the doctor, you're going to wait everywhere you go.
Save yourself the headache and do not, I repeat, DO NOT go to this office. Or any Abrazo office for that matter. They are rude, incompetent and do not do their jobs. It is so bad, I have been debating on filing a law suit. I wish I could rate negative stars.
First I would like to say I like the Dr I see at this location, but the wait is just insaine. I have things to do beside wait in the waiting room and Dr room. My appointment was at 10 and I came 10 minutes early, even did the online pre check in for faster service and I waited for 38 minutes to go back to the room. Once in the room I waited another 29 minutes for the Dr to come in. This is so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to patients time. I come early like they say to do and this is how I'm treated. Dont overbook, or whatever causes this to happen. This is not the 1st time this has happened her. I have been here one other time (this appointment is a follow up from the intial) and it was the same. Will be changing Dr.
One star because i have came to this location twice and never seen the doctor. Lacking seriously in communication.
Great providers who truly care for their patients. Dr. Liu is amazing and makes all patients feel at ease.
I wouldn’t recommend this organization to my worst enemy. Several times they have cancelled my appointments and rescheduled them 2-3 months, yet they REFUSE to see me if I show up 5 minutes late due to traffic and road closures; and two out if the three endocrinologists I have seen there over the past 2.5 years have left to go to other practices. With that high of a turnover, I can only imagine practitioners do not like working there. And if they do not enjoy working there, it is likely that they will treat you poorly like they have done to me.
This is a medical group that cares more about the paperwork side of healthcare than the patient care side of it. As a registered nurse, I feel that I know what to look for in a competent and caring Doctor’s office, and Abrazo medical group of Goodyear, is neither.
I had my first appointment scheduled at 4: 20, and I walked in the door at 4: 17. Without hesitation I was told that I would need to reschedule because they wanted me there 30 mins early.
Was I ever told that this was required of me? No. Looking back in my confirmation emails and texts was there any mention of this? No
When I explained how important this appointment was to me and that I had to do a lot of arranging with childcare of my 8 month old, and my crazy nurse schedule to make it, they simply did not care.
I don’t understand how a dr’s office could turn away a patient who is ON TIME to their appointment. I also believe that if they’re going to have a “policy” as harsh as refusing treatment to a patient for not being 30 mins early, it’s something that should be told to the patient at the time of booking and included in their confirmation emails and texts, or the appointment should just be made for 30 mins earlier. When I stated this to the supervisor, she just laughed and said she agreed.
We have so many choices with where we can go for healthcare people! Please don’t settle for a place like this! As frustrating as this experience was, it was also a blessing that I saw them for what they were right away and I’m able to get care elsewhere.
