If I could give 6 stars I would! Joey fixed my bike so I could get back to the trails in no time at all. This speaks to their expertise and great customer service! Absolutely recommend this place.

Jacob sold me my first mountain bike and really helped me get stoked by making me feel welcome in the riding space and also helping me get my bike dialed in! He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly as are all other staff members I interacted with! Thank you all so much for such an awesome experience testing out and buying my first bike!

Stopped by for a look see at off road ebikes and was helped by very curtious staff member who answered my questions and made suggestions and recommendations for my future purchase.

Was able to rent a bike on short notice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to rent a bike while in Sedona

My bike had a failure 4 days into my week long trip (freehub gummed up; difficulty backspinning causing chain drop). I'm far from home and don't have the required tools with me to do the repair as they're specialty tools I typically dont travel with when I fly (cassette lockring removal tool and chain whip). I knew exactly what needed to be done and explained my situation. They weren't able to loan me their tools, which I understand. But they helped me with what I needed, which was to remove the rear cassette. I could then clean and grease the freehub pawls & rachet ring. Once I was done, they re-installed the cassette for me. No charge. Top notch customer service! The techs were helpful and aided in the repair even when the store was super busy, which I really appreciate.

Low stress, good bikes, great bike selection. Rented 3 full suspension bikes for the family for 3 days and has a great time. $10/day damage fee makes it so neither renter or shop seem to worry about minor scratches or falls making a less stress return process. Nice that they have mid level aluminum bikes for $80/day in addition to top end carbon for $120/day. We were happy w the alloy comps w fox suspension and 29 wheels even for my 5’ spouse and daughter. The big wheels really helped roll the rocks and drops of Sedona trails.

Best bike shop in Sedona. The staff live & breathe bikes and just want customers to enjoy bikes as much as they do. I bought my first dual suspension bike from last season's rental fleet for an exceptional price and it has been amazing. I bent my derailleur hanger after I bought the bike, brought it back to the shop, and they fixed it up free of charge.
The shop even has Sunday afternoon bike rides and stick to the trails that the whole group can do.

Fantastic team! Jakob spent at least an hr adjusting my new bike and going thru a mtn bike tutorial with me. Patient and helpful! Joey, Nico, Gunnar and Aiden have all done fantastic work on our bikes ASAP. Very lucky that this is my local bike shop.

Awesome shop. Friendly laid back techs. Lots of gear and new bikes made it A+! Freakin loved Oak Creek rides and the 2023 Slingshot was AWESOME! Go to VOC not Sedona and ride the big lines with endless trails.

The staff here are the most down to earth people I've ever seen at a bike shop. Gunner helped me with some shifter gremlins. He was exceptional. Treated me like a good friend. Got me going again for a very reasonable price. Wish we had a shop like this in Sacramento.

Came in with broken hub and guys were super helpful to troubleshoot. Ended up with new wheel. Staff were detailed and efficient with my repair. Thanks for the great customer service!

Amazing level of care and customer service from an all star team.

My wife demo’d a pivot for the weekend, and they got her all setup quickly upon arrival. While I brought my own Stumpjumper EVO, on our first ride I had strange shock noise come up, so I asked the shop to take a look and they initially thought it needed an air sleeve service which they offered to complete before EOD. But during their work they identified a spacer issue in the linkage as a manufacturer defect. They were detailed investigating the issue, never charged for the amount of time before the shock service, wrote up a detailed assessment in the work order for me, and helped me get going on a demo for the rest of the weekend.

Highly recommend this shop and team for their solid demo inventory, key essentials and gear, expertise, and all around solid attitude.

We came to Sedona for a mountain biking and especially for mountain bike lessons with SMBA. I’m so glad that we found this bike store we was able to rent a very nice helmet for a fair price Thank you guys

Absolute Bikes was excellent. Basically $85 for all day rental 10am to 6pm included helmet and insurance. Josh was great. He fit the bike to me and I had a great ride. I rode a specialist stump jumper which I am considering purchasing. They treated me like I was one of their regular customers. Another employee helped me as well but I don't remember his name. I will definitely use them again. I left all my bike grear in Idaho.
