This is the second roof I purchased through Absolute Steel. The process from start to finish couldn’t be easier. The first roof I installed myself, it’s very doable. The second roof was for our community clubhouse and was installed by contractors. It’s the photo shown. The after photo is a huge upgrade for the building adding a nice level of curb appeal. My contact was Jennifer, an absolute pro. Her product knowledge and support was the best.

We recently purchased a 24' x 40' Barndominium with 10' walls and a gambrel roof. Other than the delivery delay, due to covid and material shortages, the process went very smoothly. All of the components were marked with dimensions and where they went. It assembled like a giant erector set. Customer support at Absolute Steel was very good. I called twice to get confirmation on assembly process and both times their Design Engineer walked me through the process. The only real cons were not to take the video's as the bible. They are very generic and sometimes don't apply to a larger building. For instance, we needed a crane to lift the frames into place. They weighed between 400-500 lbs apiece. Also it is highly recommended that you install the window/door trim when you install the siding, not after the siding is bolted down. Overall it was a very good learning experience and Absolute Steel makes an awesome product.

I bought a 30 x 60" steel building from Absolute Steel. The person who helped me was Gui Tessier. I can't say enough good things about his help. It took over a year to get permits from the City and through all this time, Gui was extremely helpful, understanding & patient, dealing with me and the City officials. I am very satisfied with the building and all the help I received from Gui. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently bought a 30x50 shop with 16 foot eaves. I built it myself (well my brother helped with the roof and the sides) but it took me a month to put it together. I only worked on it a couple hrs a day, when I got done with my day job.

I absolutely love it. The instructions and plans were very detailed and that made assembly very easy. I’ve never built anything like this before and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Absolute steel was amazing and very helpful along the way. Gui helped me with every question I had and was always available to give me the answers I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone looking into buying a steel building to look at absolute steel first.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from Absolute Steel. Not only was the structure easily customizable, but their team was superb throughout the whole process. Jennifer, Kurt, and everyone else I ever contacted on the team was exceedingly helpful and patient with my endless questions and adjustments to design.

I get endless compliments from the structure and people cannot believe how affordable the whole thing was. The most costly part of the project was concrete, but I could not dream of getting anything remotely close in size or quality for the cost any place else.

I highly recommend Absolute Steel’s excellent products and customer support. These guys are the best.

I purchased a carport shade canopy 3 months ago and hurricane Ian tore it down 108 mph winds will do that. I called Jennifer and sent pictures of the pieces it destroyed, 4 pieces was all I needed to put it back up. She had them to me in no time and I will have it back up this week. Great company to work with, thanks for having my back.

We initially paid for drawings for a 16 by 40 foot RV building from Absolute Steel. During the time period of rising steel prices I requested that they inform me of any future price increase so that I could lock in the price that they quoted me. It was agreed that they would and they never informed me of any price increase, instead the quote was raised dramatically. I suspect the initial price has more than doubled. Only Jennifer tried to help. I would question the integrity of the employees working there and for the owners for not doing what is ethical and right treatment for their customers. Meanwhile, their failure for good business practices has incurred additional costs for new plans to build a wooden 2 by 6 16 foot high building. It would be a good idea not to do business with this company.

The bottom line is that Gil promised to inform me of any future price increases, which I still have on emails, and he did not. The customer is in a poor position to monitor steel price increases. Only Absolute Steel would be able do so properly. My career was as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. The timing of responses from the staff at Absolute Steel was poor or non-existent. Promises made by the staff should be kept and they were not in my case. Hopefully, in the future your business will better treat those that interact with you. You have a responsibility to do so.

Purchased a 15.5 x 25 steel building from here. DIY installed, final product came out nice. Significant delays but was forewarned, mostly due to COVID. Several hiccups throughout the process with Absolute Steel, but all were eventually resolved.

Purchased canopy from Absolute and had a great experience. Kevin & Jennifer are awesome to work with, able to get exactly what I wanted and wouldn't hesitate to do all over again. Certainly any new build in the future will be done by Absolute. Honest folks providing exceptional product & service. Five star all the way around!

We bought an RV garage from Absolute steel about a year and a half ago. We were very happy with Jennifer in the office. The sales and install experience was great as well. We have a very unique RV garage and has drawn a lot of attention. We have people stopping weekly to ask about the garage, where we got it, and asking detailed questions that I’m always happy to answer, and even show the garage to people. Everyone I’ve shown has asked, how do they get one and where. I always refer them to Jennifer at Absolute Steel. Jennifer did mention that they did have a referral program at the time of our purchase. I’ve never asked about it till recently. I know of at least 2 people that have bought because of our referrals. I called Jennifer to inquire about the referral. She stated that there was a new owner and she would have to check with them. A few days went by and I heard nothing. I reached back out to Jennifer, and she told me that the new owner was not honoring the referrals. Blamed it on the typical COVID, supply chain excuses. Even though these people have paid almost double what we did. So I know they have dramatically raised their prices to cover the cost of materials now. I am very disappointed with Absolute Steel. It’s not about the referral, it’s about doing good business and honoring your word. I will no longer refer anyone to Absolute Steel, and if people stop to ask, I’ll tell them that Absolute Steel is not a company they would want to do business with. I didn’t want to leave this review, but the new owners need to know that they are conducting poor business. To Jennifer, thank you. To the new owners, you’ve lost a loyal customer and many new referrals. I also asked Jennifer to give me the contact information for the new owner, that request was not answered. Stay away from Absolute Steel as the new owners seem to stink

I ordered a RV carport that took 8 months to be delivered and had nothing but trouble with my order. First off when I placed my order I was very specific on the details of my order, I also ordered it with a piggy back forklift to unload it, which I was charged $150 dollars for. When the time came for delivery I was told that they no longer provide that service in my location and that I would have to provide my own fork lift or cancel my order. Then when it was delivered half my panels, and most of my J trim was missing. It took another 2 weeks to get the rest of my panels, and then I was told that they never charged me for the J trim, yet they sent me 21’ of it, I needed 93’. I said fine let’s reorder it because I still want it which was an extra $230, then 2 days later I get an email saying they had made a mistake on the price and if I still want it it would be an extra $250 on top for shipping. If it was sent with my order like it was supposed to be I wouldn’t be having this problem. The worst part of all, and the reason for my review was the lack of customer service for my concerns. Every time I called it would take multiple times calling to get ahold of someone, and forget leaving messages on their recorder because they do not return phone calls. After leaving this review the owner of Absolute steel replied to my review with some false allocations. He made a comment about the fork lift was my responsibility and that I was made aware of that fact. When in actuality I ordered the piggy back fork lift the day I placed my order and was charged $150 for it, which WAS on my invoice. Seven months later they said that they would refund me the $150 and that NOW the fork lift was my responsibility, or I could just cancel my order. As for the J Trim I did order J trim for all bottom edges from day one. Apparently the Absolute Steel salesperson that I dealt with (no longer with the company) not only gave me misinformation, but wrote up my order wrong. I do have to say though that at the end of the day Jennifer with Absolute Steel reached out and apologized for the way my order was placed and made sure that I was happy. Even after the trouble with the ordering process I would still recommend Absolute Steel, Jennifer did make it right. The quality of material and workmanship was excellent.

Although I can't speak to product quality yet, customer service was outstanding in my situation. I ordered a 14' wide by 75' long by 13.5' tall rv carport from Absolute. Order process was super easy, but there is a bit of a backlog on steel, mostly siding. I ordered in early May and was getting ready to pick up the frame when we were notified by Gila county that they were going to enforce setbacks on our property that we thought we were grandfathered against. Long story short, the Carport now won't fit. I called Absolute and let them know, they looked up the order and said it was no problem to refund 100% of my $4400 down payment. I had a credit card refund within the hour and an email with the cancelation. I'll definitely shop with Absolute once we're ready to get a steel carport.

Excellent people to work with. They remembered me every time I called or visited and we're very flexible when handling my orders and any returns.

After a ton of research on types of garages different companies among other things. We decided to go with Absolute Steel and I'm so glad we did. My representative was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We never built anything of this size before (30×32×13.5) so it was a learning experience from the ground up and while tough it was not impossible all the pieces were labeled so that helped a lot! Thank you Absolute Steel!

Materials and workmanship are top rate and much better than others I considered. Between the on-line instructional videos and the written instructions, the building went up quickly. One day to assemble the components (one person) and one day (two people) to erect it. The fact that it is American made was also a factor in my choice. The ability to add side and back panels in the future is a plus. Excellent customer service. I don’t give many products a 10 out of 10; however, this is definitely a 10.

Really glad went with this type of building! There was a few delays in the process (primarily from vendors they have little control over) but was always someone to assist getting them resolved. The crews they work with to help get concrete done and building erected in Phoenix area we’re great too!
