He contacted me by phone and walked me through what he was doing and made sure I was able to remotely access the thermostat. Beyond my expectations.

Had a water leak on Sunday night at 8pm. Within 45 minutes after calling Cody showed up at the front of our house with a fully equipped truck. In less than 1 hour he was able to remove the sheet rock and cap off the water leak. Very professional and he loves his work and to make his customers happy. I highly recommend Cody and AC by J and will use them when we need service again.

AC by J employee came over yesterday and removed and replaced 2 faucets. He did an awesome job! He is very professional and knows his job. I say that because we had another tech that came over about a month ago from AC by J and he didn't know what he was doing. That one said he was going to talk to his manager and get back to us.he never did. I would recommend Cody at AC by J to do any plumbing job. If we need anymore done he is the only one from there I want to do the job. Thank you Cody for doing a GREAT JOB!

We had Clinton Haverland just do our complete HVAC/heating system checkup and he spent almost 2 hours cleaning both our systems, checking all components and their functions and then providing both the verbal summary to us as well as an AC by J complete detailed written summary report. I lucked into finding this agency before they became well known and they have been noted for attracting and maintaining the best service techs. I especially like them for being able to establish a yearly contract and have both my HVAC and any plumbing need addressed. Top Quality, Excellent Service, at a smart value.

Needed a new anti-siphon valve for the pool water leveler. Eddie showed up with everything needed to change it out. He was polite, friendly, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Thanks Eddie! Great job!

I bought my HVAC from AC by J ten years ago. They have been doing service and maintenance ever since. Always good people, both service people and office staff. On my last maintenance call Alex did a great job.
