AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Tempe/Downtown

We love this hotel. Keep coming back, they made our most recent stay for our anniversary so special. Highly recommend this place!

Wife and I decided to stay the weekend for a staycation. We love the Tempe Lake and do lots of walking here. Beautiful rooms and staff very attentive. We will stay here again.

Stayed here 3 times over the past 3 years and it is a great location right on the "river. " Staff is friendly and amenities are broad and well maintained. Only issue at all is a bit of plane noise at certain hours.

Sweet, only misses are the lack of jacuzzi and the pool temp last night was too cold for my wife. Otherwise, clean and perfect.

Stay was alright but we only stayed one night and that was enough. The walls are paper thin and my family and I heard our neighbors all night loon, also the road noise was horrible. The modern decor was underwhelming, the lighting was awful. There was no parking on property you had to park across the street in a parking garage and to get out you needed a pass or room key. Which we didn't know you would think the check out desk would have said Something but she didn't we had to walk all the way back to the hotel and when we got there she said that happens alot. You would think that she would try and do a better job at offering the ticket before people check out.

I have stayed here once and just checked in for a second stay. First and foremost, Shiloh at the front desk is a blessing to a traveler. She remembered my name, after just 1 stay, and has been as genuinely polite and helpful as humanly possible. The rooms are great, the place is clean and well thought out.but Shiloh makes this place special. Also, good clean gym and great coffee in the morning.

Very nice newer hotel. Staff is very friendly and the gym is better than most I've been too. The roof top pool is awesome with views in all directions including the lake

This property is great! I stay at 75+ Nights a Year at Marriott properties.this is one of the best values I’ve experienced. Stayed for Fun on this trip. VERY CLEAN. Great staff. Shiloh and Brittany at the front desk were very nice. Brittany even called my cell phone to see what time I would be arriving at the property the evening I was due to check-in.
The rooms are sleek and clean. Love the AC Brand. Nice rooftop heated pool. Towels available. Good breakfast.the $10 breakfast credit you get as a Bonvoy member with status was nice.
Covered parking structure next door at $15 a day seemed reasonable. “Bird” has lots of Scooters for Rent in the area to get a quick ride down to the Salt River Walking Paths. Well done. Thanks for a great long weekend vacation.

Absolutely beautiful place in a great location. Area has plenty of things going on. Went to Native Art Market on Talking Stick Way / Indian Bend. That event is Amazing! They showcase Native American Dancing and Artists! And the Frybead! That event is a must go to event!

The staff was extremely professional and kind. They fully accommodated my food allergies at the restaurant. Additionally Shi'loh was very kindaand helped us out with checking out.

Excellent place to stay in Tempe. Great location! Nice rooftop pool and deck with beautiful views. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Really liked the rooms but our bed was super UNcomfortable. It made lots of noise and so we didn't get a lot of sleep. Otherwise, everything else was so nice!

Would have been 5 stars but there was no hot tub. Bummer. And the rooms are kinda loud. I could definitely hear everything going in in the hall.

The towels smelled like they were washed with dirty rags. The bathroom doors didn’t close all the way. When we first checked in we were told there was a complimentary breakfast but we were charged $30 for 2 cold, gross, slivers of quiche. We were also told parking was $14 but it was really $25. We will never stay there again

This is one of the best hotels you will find in the Tempe, AZ area. The beds are super comfortable, rooms and common areas are spotless, and the staff is great. This is the place to go if you want to be treated like family. Dolores the bartender was super helpful and great to chat with. The GM, David, greeted me every morning at breakfast and wanted to ensure my stay was excellent. I highly recommend the AC Hotel and will be staying here from now on.

From the moment we checked in to departure, a wonderful experience. Staff was amazing from housekeeping to front desk. They offer a European breakfast which was amazing. For those who are used to hotel breakfasts with the ordinary basics like eggs, bacon and sausage this may not be the meal for you. But for me it was delicious and perfect. The rooms may be a bit small but the views, pool and lobby is where you’ll spend most of your down time. Beds are comfy and the area has all you would need within walking distance. The perfect pet friendly hotel that demonstrates what staying in a hotel for multiple days should be like. So when in Tempe Arizona this is the place to stay unwind and relax.

My husband and I do quite a bit of traveling, and this is hands down one of the best hotels I have been too. Located perfectly close to everything fun in Tempe, this hotel is perfect for a short stay for business or longer for luxury. My girlfriends and I stayed here for an overnight staycation. The beds were comfortable, everything is amazingly clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and it made for a wonderful night. The atmosphere was super fun and we loved the modern upscale decor. I highly recommend anyone coming to the Phoenix area to stay here.

I arrived at the AC Hotel Phoenix Downtown for an overnight work trip, and needed to switch rooms twice due to noise concerns (I am a light sleeper and didn't want to be facing the street or near the elevator), and Adam at the front desk did an outstanding job of giving me a quiet room on the 6th floor. I was blown away by his hospitality and service in helping me get a good night's sleep. Definitely worth staying here!
