Acacia Flowers, Phoenix AZ

Spent $142 to have flowers & stuffed bunny delivered to my sister who just had her first baby. I NEVER got any type of confirmation that they were delivered, and they also never wrote who the flowers & bunny were FROM when I made it clear it was from me- HER SISTER. Very poor customer service, very poor communication on their end throughout. Not worth the price honestly.

We've been there twice and both times they were unable to help. We just needed a corsage and boutineer. I don't think they were interested in our little orders. They were not overly rude but just very short.

It's always scary to order something like this online but I wanted to use a local florist for the mother's day gift for my grandmother so I took a chance. My grandmother is 100 years old and was so impressed with the delivery person who even offered to bring the flowers in for her when he saw she was a little unsteady. She sent me a picture of the arrangement and I think it was even prettier than the sample I ordered from. She was thrilled so I am as well!

I ordered a boutonniere to wear for a wedding on Easter weekend. I was told the shop would be closed for the holiday starting Friday, so I would need to pick it up Thursday by 5pm. Because the wedding was on Saturday, I was concerned that the flowers would we wilted. I was assured that it would be fine in the fridge, and it was. It was made fresh the day it was picked up. The boutonniere was absolutely stunning with a white rose, purple orchids, and rhinestones. I received several compliments! It looked better than the groom’s. I recommend this shop for any corsages or boutonniere needs!

I try to support local businesses directly, rather than go through one of the big online flower delivery websites and Acacia Flowers made a beautiful bouquet. However, many of the flowers were replaced and the arrangement was much smaller than the description. Although the arrangement was beautiful and the flowers are fresh, it was not worth what I paid due to the replaced flower types and the small arrangement.

Went to get flowers for Valentine’s Day drove 20 mins to get here. I asked if I can buy the flowers out of the fridge area and the woman walks halfway with me and begins to help another man that just walked in and left me right there for the next 3 mins answering phone calls.she didn’t ask another employee to help me or anything very disrespectful. I walked out.would never spend my money here

This is the absolute best flower shop we’ve used in the Phoenix area. The owner is lovely and always does the most professional and meticulous job on orders (even when given a tight timeframe). Flowers have never been anything but fresh and good quality. I have used them for funerals, birthdays, thanks, graduations, and countless other special days and have always been thrilled with the results!

You will spot the building with its wall of greenery if you visit their store. The color is arranged within their flowers and the whole room has a romantic and cozy atmosphere. As for individual orders, you can ask their assigned employees who can decide according to your requirements for budget, color and design. Before wrapping them in colored craft paper, they add herbs as fillers, such as rosemary and parsley, and finish with a raffia cord.

My daughter learned of extremely sad news at 3pm. She phoned me at 4pm to share this news. I felt so bad that I was in another state and could not be there for her. I called Acacia Flowers at 4: 30pm and they delivered the flowers just before 6: 30pm! I was so happy my daughter was able to receive the beautiful flowers soon after she got her sad news. So impressed with the speedy delivery and excellent service.

I'm in California and needed to have flowers delivered in the Phoenix area. I picked Acacia Flowers and I have to say I had a great experience. Rak took my order and sent a picture of the finished arrangement so I could see what was sent. It was beautiful and perfect for what I requested. I highly recommend Acacia Flowers.

I Used them twice, first of all the roses lasted over 2 weeks, second, Larisa is sweet and amazing and made things happened as I requested, after using 1-800's and even Costco delivery I will NEVER, EVER use anyone else but ACACIA FLOWER, they have a customer for life, Spasibo Larisa.
