Believe all the negative reviews. This is one of those dr offices where you wish you could write 1000 reviews because then maybe you’d get someone’s attention. Currently in the waiting room, the dr is over an hour late and angry customers are arguing for refunds with the receptionist. I’ve been a patient for over a year and every step has been hellacious. Appointments have been misbooked, canceled at the last minute, every wait has been 3+ months between treatments due to scheduling and the providers don’t seem to know or care. This is my final appointment with this group and I’m so glad to be done with it. Please, please don’t initiate services with this physician group- see someone (anyone) else.
Finally, the doctors are pretty good (but they do stick to a diagnostic playbook).

You guys are dishonest and swindlers.
You have ripped me off for 2,500 $ up front for the LIGHT INTENSITY SHOCK WAVE THERAPY (LISWT).
Shame on you for cheating your customers who are in desperate need of assistance with LISWT treatment.
I have had only two therapy session two weeks in a row.
Since then 4 weeks have passed and your LISWT machine has not been repaired yet.
You have been sending notifications via test message to concur new appointment and then you have been giving me a call each time on the day of the appointment that LISWT machine was still broken.
You have perpetuated this pattern of lies from week to week.
You have destroyed my plans. I have planned to have finished with the LISWT therapy prior to my vacation with my fiancee.
This is non ethical work on your part. Such non ethical behavior is not allowed to be conducted.
Your practicing license should be revoked such that you will not able anymore to cheat customers who have put trust in your hands and to rip them off 2,500 $in advance.
PA Mary Schmitz should be held responsible this.
I had put a trust in her prior to my decision to pay 2,500 $ up front.
You owe me my money back. Shame on you.
My advice to any other potential customer is to look elsewhere for the LISWT treatment.

I am extremely disappointed with their service and professionalism.
I have scheduled LISWT - Light Intensity Shockwave Therapy.
It consists of six sessions (2,500 $).
I have attended only two sessions two weeks in a row.
Since then a month has passed and their shockwave therapy machine is still broken and inoperable.
They have ripped me off for 2,500 $. Shame on them.
I suggest that you look for the LISWT elsewhere in town.

This is our family Urology practice and both doctors and the PA are great. I recently needed to reschedule an appointment and had to call their central number. After 10 minutes of waiting, the person who answered told me they were unable to reschedule my basic appointment but would let my specific office know and they would call me. Two days later, I called again and they told me the same thing. I never received a return call. Finally, I had to drive to the office to reschedule. The front desk couldn't have cared less and kept interrupting my question on how am I supposed to reschedule without driving to the office. Eventually she responded by saying "I don't answer the phones". This is really basic stuff here. Poor process and poor customer service. Will definitely be talking to the the Doctor about it but they should be able to fix this in about 2 seconds if they tried.

Shannon is the only one in this office who does the urodynamic procedure. On 8/28/23, I had an appt with her. During the procedure, I had a trauma response (I am a survivor of Domestic Violence amung other things). SHANNON MADE ME FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN SORRY. As I cried uncontrollably. She appeared to grow increasingly agitated with me as she grew annoyed with my responses to her questions. She did not make me feel safe, secure, or offer any kind words of comfort. Another staff member came to me when I was alone crying out for someone to please remove the wires that were causing this response. I waited for Shannon to return and coldly remove the wires from inside of my body, then left. I was in the back of the building, so after I composed myself, I had to walk the ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE OFFICE, and NO ONE said a thing to me about what just happened.
On 8/31, I called to file a grievance after attending trauma therapy, and spoke with Rosie. She is wonderful. HOWEVER MEG REED the office manager has failed to return my call. YOU DESERVE 0 STARS AND A DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT. I am covered with tattoos and was wearing a dress. I feel like this is why I was treated so badly.

It took months to get in with this doctor La Towski. I went in to see him about one procedure and in order to do that I had to go for a CT scan. Once I had the CT scan it took two months to get back into him to find out that I had a kidney stone in my right kidney. He then scheduled me with one of his doctors in the Sun City office who was supposed to do lithotripsy on me. I went for the lithotripsy and they were unable to get it. It was a waste of my time off and a waste of procedure. I then went to another urologist who got me in right away and scheduled me for another lithotripsy procedure within weeks. My new doctor was able to successfully do the lithotripsy with no problem.

Dont confuse this place with the scottsdale one off shea that place is great. This place is so bad they have no idea what there doing I waisted time and money on this place. They also forgot to even schedule me I will not be going back.

I’d have to say, pass on this place. Waited almost 2 hours in the waiting room. Need to be better at scheduling. That’s ridiculous. I should have known better since it took them 30 min to schedule my appointment.
