9Gina was super helpful and kindly explained the MVD rules. I hope she is available for our next need.
We got in and out of there in a timely manner very friendly service a little more exspensive than DMV but not having to wait on long lines is worth it
I went there for a state ID. That was over a month ago. I paid 33 dollars. If I just would have went to DMV. I would have had it already, and I would have spent 12 dollars.
I wanted to sign up for driver’s training, but every time I called they gave me the runaround. I would call and they would tell me that Ana who is in charge of the program was always busy. I gave them my name and number to contact several times but they never got back to me.
I was so happy to not be at the dismal DMV! Service was congenial and efficient and I was out in a timely fashion.
Super short lines but ultra low customer service acumen. I came in to register an old vehicle and ask about the process for obtaining a duplicate title from out of state. The worker at booth #3 that 'assisted' talked to me with a shocking degree of contempt and hostility. I literally had to talk to her like I was helping someone diffuse a bomb over the phone. Will someone get this lady some counseling so that the way she feels inside doesn't dictate the way she interacts with customers? Awesome. Thanks.
Professional, courteous and very fast! Much appreciated. Been here twice now, once for title/registration and today for drivers license. Both excellent experiences.
I wish i could give zero stars.i arrived with all needed paperwork to get a new license with a change in name, address and gender marker.the lady that 'helped' me blatantly ignored my letter and then proceeded to claim it wasn't an original copy, citing the signature didn't smudge as reasoning.my doctor had signed the only copy i had 2 days ago in front of me, so of course the ink wouldn't smudge, and i explained as such.she continued to claim it was a copy of the original and turned me away.upon going to a different place, they agreed that the copy i had WAS the original as you could blatantly feel the dip in the back of the paper from the pen.perhaps train your employees better and show them how to properly check paperwork.
The employees don't know how to do their job, constantly having to get clarification and ask questions of their Superior. The manager is overwhelmed and overworked. What should be a simple 15-minute in and out process will turn into an hour or more. Have been given false information by several of the employees. Thank goodness for The Driver services center on speedway I was able to get registered and paid less money!
