I am happy with the Agent Aldo who helped me when I was having trouble finding the agent at the other location

Over an hour on hold to be told they can't help and to call another number. Another hour on hold to be told they don't insure cars newer than 2019. Like what.really not impressed

They keep you on hold forever been trying to get help for three days on a claim and nobody know anything

Great insurance company I appreciate there service and great deals they're the best in town I recommend it.

I had an easy time understanding my coverages and the options I have. I like that Acceptance gives me different options for companies and I get to see the different prices, met the new manager there Aldo and he was very patient and kind!

Come by for the quotes if you don’t understand your current coverages. And if you think your overpaying on your insurance Aldo will do his best to help you save $$$

For the longest time I was over paying on my insurance but I was glad to have came to Acceptance because they really helped understand my coverages and I saved a ton of money! The agent Aldo really has great to work with!

I don't like this place/people and here's why. Before my auto plan was about to end, I called this office to let them know that I no longer want to be with their company and wouldn't like to renew my plan. The 1st time I called, a guy picked up the phone and as I was talking he got very upset and hang up the phone on me! I KNOW SUPER RUDE! I called back again and this time Elizabeth answered so I explained myself yet again more and she also gave me a very bad attitude and hang up the phone on me. I made sure to report these people to their manager because that was the WORST customer service that I ever had. Never coming back again!

Elizabeth and Jose has been so helpful to my husband and I, acceptance was able to save us over $100 on our policy.
