Our springs broke Saturday night but we didn't know until we attempted to open the garage Sunday morning. So at 10: 30 AM, I started hitting up locally reviewed companies and got nothing, not even voicemails. That is, until I called Acclaim. They took my call, scheduled a tech and resolved my issue at quite a reasonable price by 2: 00 PM! Michael L.did a great job of not only arriving early, but also doing the job quickly and clean. He also spent the time to educate me on how to properly maintain a garage door and things to watch out for in the future. Good veteran owned company, great staff and honest (and warrantied) work ethic - I will definately recommend Acclaim for anyone needing garage door service.

The technician showed up right on time and was very efficient at fixing the problem we had. He also went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was working properly and safe. The cables were worn out and underrated and he installed new cables and made sure everything was in safe working order. We are very pleased

Called Acclaim Garage Doors looking for someone to come look at my opener. They were able to send a technician out the same day and I got a new opener installed same day. Communication from the technician was great notifying me that he was running behind, but that he would still be coming to my house even at 7: 00PM at night.very pleased with the sevice I received from Acclaim Garage Doors.

I love this garage door. They hooked it up to the cars. Got everything reprogrammed got my phone all hooked up. It's quiet. He adjusted the other garage fixed to my keypad on the other garage. Install the new keypad. I'm extremely happy! I didn't realize you guys were this good. They also cleaned up the wiring compared to the other company. The other was just everywhere.all clean and tucked away. My wife's going to love that! You know how clean she is. I highly recommend Michael the owner and his staff.is just as good as him at.
