Take my truck here all the time very well and experience staff they know what there doing this the only place I will take my truck they have keep everything 100 for me and I appreciate that so much it hard to find good customer service these days thank you guys.

I've been taking my vehicles to Accu-Brake for almost 13 years. The quality, price, and timeliness of their work is absolutely unsurpassed. Small jobs, big jobs.always the same results. They've done everything from oil changes, brake jobs, bearing and seal repairs to a complete engine, radiator, and clutch replacement on my 1978 F-150.

I'm always hesitant to have complex, specialized repairs done at independent shops, but not with AccuBrake. They recently replaced the turbos on my 2008 F-250, a job that requires the cab to be lifted. They did the job professionally and the truck runs great. They also recently replaced both of my thermostats. That's a five hour job that was, again, completed professionally and on-time.

As you can see, you can take your vehicle to Accu-Brake for the most complicated repairs with complete confidence. Jim, John and Jake are automotive experts and they will take the very best care of you and your vehicle. They are the BEST.

I took one of my vehicles to another shop for a throttle body fuel injection installation because I was told the shop was the best in town for that particular task. That was a BIG mistake. A job that was supposed to cost about $2000 ended up costing $4600.and, when I got the truck back, the grounding wire for the fuel pump was only connected with an alligator clip, one of the clamps on the fuel line was never tightened, causing a serious fuel leak and the brackets for both exhaust pipes were not reconnected and the pipes were hanging unsupported. They had to change the gear ring in my flywheel. The supervisor told me that the young tech worked hours trying to install the ring and eventually gave up. The supervisor told me that he got installed in 20 minutes. Yet, they still charged me $1200 in labor for that one task. Additionally, throttle was so sensitive that it is very difficult to move forward without spinning the wheels. When I complained about the problem, the shop supervisor told me that I'd just have to get used to it!

So, why tell this story about another repair facility in a review for ACCUBRAKE? Simply, because ACCUBRAKE is tried and proven. I would have NEVER gotten this type of service from ACCUBRAKE and shouldn't have strayed away. They've worked on all of my vehicles; old and new, foreign and domestic with the same flawless results. There might be other competent shops in town, but can't get better than what ACCUBRAKE has to offer.

Gives great advice on what the car needs and could use without pushing sales of fixes that are not absolutely necessary. I turn to them whenever my car may have a problem.

Could of been 5 star, but when i spend 1900 to have the work done everything should be put back the way it was. They put a injection pump in and now the clutch fan plug not plugged back in loose fan shroud. Then the clutch fan cut the wires and put a hole in the radiator. Didn't even get to drive the truck 10 miles Was supposed to pull trailer out today to head back but nope have now i have to replace the radiator. So much for 30yrs experience, but i know it will be done right since im doing it my self.

By far the word customer service you can receive. Never have i ever been to an automotive shop and receive such mean/rude service. Take your vehicle elsewhere please it will save you a huge headache.

First off.jack thank you for your honesty and customer service I appreciate all you and your crew did to get me down the road. I had my lift kit installed here on my ram 1500, jack told me ahead of time that it might take 2 days depending on any problems they endure during the install. I really didn't want to spend the night because I was getting my tires the next day. But they got it done and aligned and out before 5pm, I am a satisfied customer and told my friends where I got my lift kit installed and I am sure they will be in the market for one soon.thank you and job well done.

Very rude and unprofessional, only liked one person, jack with the cast. Doesn’t matter how long you have worked somewhere, never judge your customers and always be welcome. Also I saw your other reviews and you should really consider what people are saying, there’s a reason you have little stars

Like my grandfather said, do it right the first time is always this shops mindset. What I've absolutely learned in my time on this earth is sh? Happens when it comes to mechanical work but this shop will make it right no matter what it takes.

Good people that you can trust! I was stuck in town with a mechanical problem on my Ford F250 desal, the staff at this shop got me back on the road ASAP.

Rudeness. Hastiness. Not are good choice to bring anything in. Parking is very limited. Don't ask too many questions, or you'll to GTFO. Customer service is everything, and this place is lacking.

Please do not go here these guys are not trustworthy and will screw you over, I took my truck there to get the spark plugs and coils done, it took them 8 hours and when I got the truck back it felt the exact same as before, so 1 year later I had a misfire and had the plugs pulled out by a professional ford dealer Mecanic that I stood next to as he did it, it turns out they didn’t replace the spark plugs because they were estimated at least 10 years old and if you looked at them they were definitely not replaced, so I called the manager and he was very rude and defensive about it and told me to “ punch sand” these guys are assholes please save your self and do not go here, also when they were changing the plugs they did not let me go see my truck as if they were hiding something.

I have been taking my vehicle here for almost 5 years and have referred my family members and friends. I have always been happy with their work, they are truly one of the few honest shops here in Flagstaff. My vehicle has always been ready on time, no complaints.
Highly recommended for any kind of work on your vehicle!

If I could give these scum bags a negative star I would. We took our truck there to get looked at and we got quoted over 2,700. We decided to take our truck to the dealership and get a second quote in hopes of saving money. Turned out that we didn't have multiple broken parts. New quote $89 FOR AN ALIGNMENT! STAY AWAY. It's pretty sad that my family almost got robbed blind

I took my Jeep Wrangler in to have an e-locker installed, they sent it out having broken the keepers and installed the e-locker backward, so I took it to r&r auto where they replaced the part and replaced a damaged bearing. I have no trust in Accu-Brake's ability to repair my vehicles.

I've been taking my truck here for about a year ever since my dealer invented something wrong with my shocks.

I'm really pleased with Accu-Brake and recommend them highly. They are honest and reliable folks and provide excellent customer care.

I recommend you bring your vehicles to them for any repairs.

Took truck to get shocks replaced. The nuts and bolts on the tires were not replaced properly. The bolts were rolling around in the hub cab. And possibly damaged the rods. What if I just kept driving and the tire fell off and I lost control of the vehicle! Workers should pay attention to detail.and on another note.they don't provide military discount. I would take my vehicle to another place that does better service. Also I felt like I was being ignored the whole time I was there.poor customer service.

An employee verbally harassed my husband, almost instigating a fight. If their customer service is any indication of the auto care service they provide, you're better off just lighting your car on fire. Mean-spirited, inexperienced, & immature.

I've been taking all my vehicles to this shop for years. I like this shop in particular because they are willing to earn your trust. It's not a get you in and get you out kind of a place. It's quick service but only because they are great at what they do. The primary focus is proper repairs from Flagstaff locals that love thier town. I won't take a vehicle to a different shop as long as I live in Flagstaff.
