Scott was great. He removed all the rubbish from the old flooring and rebuilt the shelving for the new floor thanks to damage done by a water pipe breaking thanks to a pack rat (RIP). The new floor is gorgeous and looks more sturdy than the old flooring! Scott did this while being "serenaded" by a bunch of hounds "singing the song of their people". Scott is very professional and a very patience man in my book!

Requested help with installing a "touchless" kitchen faucet. Susan was able to schedule us with one of her techs within a short period. Actually had Aaron show up early (after calling) and completed the job in far less time than it would have taken me (90 minutes). I needed baseboards cut and installed in my living room and the 1"x6" boards were a challenge to miter-cut! Aaron mastered it and carefully measured all the intricate corners, accommodated the uneven floors and walls and made the whole room look finished for the first time since I bought the house! When he was done with that, he lowered my shower curtain rod so I can actually reach it now, and also cut a couple more projects for me to finish. He did in a few hours what it would have taken me weeks to do! And he cleaned up afterwards, even going above and beyond the scope of his work area to blow the debris off my front walkway! Love this company and have ALWAYS had exemplary work done pleasantly efficiently and neatly. Did it again, Aaron! Thank you!

I needed closet doors fixed that had fallen off the track. Jeffrey diagnosed the problem with the hardware instead of just hanging the door back up. I am very happy with the service provided.

Scott was early and showed amazing customer service. This is a rental property and it was important to me that my tenants have the least inconvenience possible. He worked pretty fast and was equipped with a sander when I forgot one. I am going to use this company for all of my handyman home services. From the initial phone conversation to the actual work, this was a great experience!

Initially, I had a positive impression of Ace Handyman Services. I needed to replace all of my baseboards, more than 450 linear feet, due to the poor workmanship inside my home by an unrelated installer of porcelain tile. On March 25th, the two Ace Handyman installers arrived at my residence on time at about 8: 00 a.m. I was cordial and polite with them. Since this was their first visit at my residence, I provided them with a brief history of the issues concerning my baseboards, which were almost 19 years old. This included what had happened when the unrelated tile installers had removed my baseboards, and then put them back where they were previously situated. The work of the two unrelated tile installers varied greatly, since one of them did poor work and the other was somewhat competent. However, neither of the two Ace Handyman workers took any interest whatsoever in what I had to say about my very bad experience with the two unrelated tile installers. They also took zero interest in whatever information I provided to them concerning the present day's work to be performed. They generally, did not want to interact with me concerning anything. They ignored my comments about pin nails protruding from the base of my home's walls, took little or no interest in fixtures in my home which would require a special cut to the new baseboards, did not understand or appreciate how much work I performed to move furniture to allow them free access to my home's walls, did not appreciate how much work I did to remove about half of my home's old baseboards. One of them however was helpful when he pointed out that my radius corner blocks (all 26 of them) did not match the baseboards that they were to be attached to. He referred me to a company in Tucson, who could arrange for the construction of the 26 corner blocks. I found out later from the Ace Handyman dispatcher that the two installers felt like my standards for workmanship were too high, that I expected too much perfection from them. This was a wrongful interpretation of my comments about the poor workmanship of the previous tile installers. All that I required currently was competence, pure and simple, and nothing more. Then yesterday, owner Scott Joseph sent an email saying that his company would no longer perform work at my residence. Mr. Joseph never called me to get my side of the story. Mr. Joseph values his employees much more than his customers. Likely he believes that his company's good fortune is from his employees' work, rather than what is paid by his customers. Mr. Joseph's problem is that with me, HIS workers largely ignored most of what I said to them. To ignore one's customer is not good. Poor customer service.
