Ace Hardware, Tucson AZ

Don't like being ignored when walking into a business, zero customer service. So one star rating. Even get ignored on response from owner. Every other comment gets a response but mine, so I'll definitely not patronize this establishment.

Ace Hardware is usually a good experience. Today I brought my son there so get some hardware for his drum set that was missing. We were greeted right away by the cashier, and offered help right away from a member of the staff. The gentleman helped us find what we needed pretty quick and we were on our way. All staff were wearing masks and had social distancing signs posted. They were about 20 min from closing and we weren't rushed. A good experience.

As usual, I had a positive experience. Clean store, courteous employees, and I left with what I needed to finish the job.

Love this place. They have everything you need and are so helpful. As a bonus they also have nice bathrooms. To me this is a sign that they care about their customers.

I go to Ace Hardware all The time this is my home store that I go to all the time you guys are great very knowledgeable and helpful

We purchased a heater that had an awful burning smell and went to this location to return it. Aces are independently owned so you can't do a return at different Ace locations. If this is their policy, then the employee should have asked which store we purchased from in the first 30 seconds of the return. Most other large name brand stores accept returns at all of their locations.

Instead, the employee takes the heater out of the box and tests it. I wait 10 minutes for it to be tested, for the employee to call a manager and to be told they can't accept the return because they are independently owned. This is not a company I care to support.

Needed new keys made for the doors on my RV storage bins. Visited several dealers and hardware stores with no luck. Camping World suggested this Ace Hardware store and we hit pay dirt. Got keys made and was on my way in minutes. The keys worked perfectly. The key maker is an old tech that knows what he's doing.

This location has extreme markups on their pricing. They don't even price match other Ace hardware stores. The staff is friendly.

Friendly, heart warming staff. Ask for "Alex" he can help you with anything you need especially if you, don't know what you need. He won't take advantage of you, for a higher sale, he genuinely wants to help you get the job done, as easy as possible. They all do, and Alex is the man!

Associates are always helpful. They will take you to what ever item you need. They are very knowledgeable of every bit you need. Go in and find out for your self.

As always kind freindly peopleeager to help, very clean i find what i was looking for every time.

Great place for what I was looking for and couldn't find at the grocery store. I was looking for a stainless steel cleaning product and I found it no problem. Also it works great!
