My mom went there thinking that she would get help while there, NO. Noone offered to help her, she was look for parts for a busted water pipe.

You will always find what you are looking for and find things you just had to have on the way out.

Love this place; just about anything I could want or need, they have. The fastener selection is top notch, no need to drive down to Tootsun for nuts and bolts.
Customer service is very good when they're not distracted with stupid questions from snowbirds.

MUCH better than the " Big Box Stores". The staff is VERY helpful EXTREMELY knowledgeable and polite. It's always refreshing to be treated as a VALUED customer. I'll DEFINITELY be returning here.

Always liked this place when I need something from a hardware store. Unfortunately because their hours are limited I almost always end up at home depot instead. But Ace carries Big Green Egg now which is awesome. Also, I use the fastener section all the time to find the screw I need. Usually can get help from an employee if you need something as well. For Covid they now do curbside if you order online. About the only thing I don't like is the aisles are super narrow and they close at 6 on most nights and 5 on Sundays.

Well stocked. Had exactly what I needed to finish a tile job.
Very good gardening and plant area. Fun to browse and buy. Their plants always survive.

It's not merely a jingle used in their commercials. The folks working at this Ace location were/are truly helpful.

The workers are friendly. The store layout is good. Their prices are a bit higher that the big box stores but shorter walk and overall time spent makes usually better.

Clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Had what I needed. The only downside is that the aisles are pretty narrow so inconsiderate people can get too close for the current situation.

The propane tank exchange was super easy, with curbside Parking spots right at the front door. I can't wait to share my positive curbside experience with family & friends.

I always love the personalized service of small businesses. I drove by a big box hardware store on my way there, and there must have been 50 people waiting in the sun and heat! No thanks! My time and convenience is worth more than the big box hype and inferior service services of the big box!

It's a fraction of the size of a huge 'big box' store, yet Ace always seems to have what I need, and things are much easier to find as well. The staff is friendly, knowledge and available! This is my first choice for honey-do stuff.
