The employee asked me what I needed as soon as I walked in the door, helped me with what I needed, and walked me to the checkout line. Best customer service I have experienced in a while.

Was greated as soon as I walked in asking if I needed assistance which I did. And then manager came and found me looking at a product and gave me some suggestions and said he would order t bgg e product i needed apologizing for not having it in stock.store very clean and organized. Love this store and the people Great experience will be back!

I love this store. So much faster than Home Depot or Lowes. Great for fixing odds and ends around the house. Plus, these guys are always helpful.

They have just about everything you need, and you don't have to put up with big box store hassle. Always excellent customer assistance.

Small store, great friendly staff helped me patiently find small washers and screws to match a banjo restoration project.

I really love a Ace For all that hard to find items for your home. The only thing I don't like is that it's more expensive to go there

Horrible customer service. They employees are high school students on a power trip because they're wearing a name badge. They look miserable working there.

One of my favorite hardware stores. I have rental property in this area and would 10x rather stop & shop here than deal with the closest "big box" store. Very helpful staff, quick in and out. Jeremy helped me with my deadbolt lock issue. It would have been very easy for him to say, "nope, can't fix it, you should buy a new one", but he didn't. He spent 15 min working in it and saved me $20.

Everyone here is vary helpful and knowledgeable. You can be in and out in no time without all the hassle of big warehouse style hardware stores.

Most of the staff is friendly, but their are two of the staff I didn't want to help from. One acted like I didn't know what I was talking, and the other look down on me. I'm not gonna stop going there, it's quick and easy to get want you that you know they have.

Very helpful and decent prices and they were very knowledgeable about what they sell so if you need something but don't know how to go about it, that the place to go they are located on 24th St just below Thomas Rd.

Fifty years of great service, what more can be said, I find items at Ace that are difficult to find elsewhere.
