Ace Hardware Union Hills, Phoenix AZ

This Ace Hardware is my favorite Ace location. 90% of the time they have exactly what I need, and I can always talk with the associates here and get an honest opinion about a project need.

Friendly staff, helped me right away find what I was looking for. My spray paint color has been empty for some time though.

I love that I can go in with questions and trust the answers given. They don't laugh or treat me bad for my lack of knowledge, they refer me to better options and ideas and make my little home projects much easier.

A good neighborhood ACE. Had that hard to locate one type of fastener that Home Depot makes you buy a box of or doesn't have it all! Still does keys the old fashioned way so can always shim it in the machine if your key is a little worn. Something you don't really come into Ace for but that's a plus is the little cooler with the different types of craft and hard to find sodas just a nice little treat on your way out the door!

Gave them a sun screen to restring and they advised to replace the whole thing. They failed to measure it correctly and threw it out. Forgot the spring clips etc. 5 trips and still not finished.

This is by far the friendliest hardware store I've ever been to. The staff is always ready to answer any questions I have and help me find what I need.

Nice little store that has tons of stuff, found exactly what I needed in a matter of seconds with the help of someone. Super freindly and helpful staff thank you again!

This is by far the best Ace I have ever been to. The customer service lived up the slogan. Super helpful! All 5 employees that I spoke with were fantastic. They were friendly, interested in helping me find the solution to my issue and pointed me to a specialist outside when they had exhausted all possibilities! This is a hidden gem.

6pm closure.really? People that actually work do not get home until 4 or 5pm then start projects. Last time I drive to this one!

I come here for garden soils every now and again and the staff is usually very upbeat and friendly. Granted, I like to be left alone lol, it's nice being around good energy.

Friendly, helpful staff and everything I was looking for. Had just left another Ace that was out of the thing's I was looking for at Union Hill. That's the Ace I'll be shopping at from now on. Awesome Staff

My favorite ace hardware to go, everyone is super nice and very helpful. Beware the gadget ilse you'll want to buy everything!

I went in found what I was looking for. The cashier was very nice she liked my shirt and asked to take a picture of it. She showed me it soi would know she only shot the shirt not my face, I wouldn't have minded if she had.

I cannot say enough good things about this Ace! Their team is dedicated to making things happen for their customers. My son broke a window right before we were supposed to leave on vacation. We called around and everyone had days worth of waiting. We went into this Ace and they had our window fixed and ready for us in less than 30 minutes. Thank you thank you thank you Ace team.

Ace hardware always has the hard to find things you need around the house.and the best for nuts and bolts.there staff is aways willing to help you and figure out what you need

Bad service employees standing around no help at all and rude when i asked for help only went here instead of home depot for quick good service wont be back

I use this store often. I used to think that any small hardware store was more expensive than the big stores so I would go to home Depot automatically. I started to compare prices and found ace to be cheaper than home depot most of the time.

I am a grandma with 2 rambunctious grandsons and 6 rescue dogs as well as a fairly large desert turtle and a good size red eared slider in a tank. Fixing things is not my strong point but I know if I go down to Ace Hardware someone will tell me what I need to do and how I need to do it and help me get all the supplies at a reasonable price. It's kind of an old-fashioned hardware store from back home in Ohio. I really love this place and everyone's really helpful. I would highly recommend if you are a grandma and don't know what you are doing half the time, they will set you straight.
