In edition to annual maintenance and duct cleaning, Billy installed a new UV air scrubber in our unit. Ace is a great company to work with. Reasonable prices, solid service and, very importantly, great people to work with. I have used ACE for years and have no plan or reason to change.

Have used Ace for 10 years. Have always been pleased with service and quality of work. Replaced AC 1 1/2 years ago and have been happy with their follow-up. Ron was putting Don through training and sounded very though. With that background he will make a very good and though employee. With the explanation of our problem with our unit I feel confident in having the work booked to completion.

Nathan provided excellent customer service and did a great repair. ACE also provides fair pricing and helps the customer with cost effective ideas for repairs Thank You.

ACE is so lucky to have such a competent, professional, knowledgeable person working for them like Daniel L. He was very patient and explained everything to me. He is very well educated in the area of air quality, which is very important to me. It was a pleasure doing business with you all. I don't often give a 5 star review but it was earned.

Had a new garbage disposal installed by Justin D. He was prompt and had my new disposal up and running within a timely manner. I would highly recommend Ace Services.

The fan motor on my A/C went out. ACE responded quickly and replaced the motor. Marc arrived on time, communicated clearly, was detail oriented and I believe did a great job. Ace also installed my A/C 3 years ago and did a great job. Plus they are a Veteran-Owned company.

We called ACE for an assessment of our HVAC system and he (Stuart) provided great feedbacks on our situation without any pressure. We appreciate his help and have decided to proceed with the repairs suggested.

I called Ace to service a hot water circulating system installed by a company they had purchased. I was told they would not honor the warranty provided by the previous vendor and the cost to replace the pump was almost double the original cost to have the whole system installed. Won’t be calling Ace again.

Dan demonstrated competence and knowledge of our system. Quiet & friendly chap, we were happy to have him do our AC/Heat maintenance!

Stuart was very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed a problem with the thermostat and took our AC/heat pump apart evaluating and suggestions were given for health/ air quality and possible future mechanical services.

I have been using this company for over a year on the recommendation of a neighbor I have been very pleased with all that I've had to have done.

I would recommend this Technician Audrey for all your A/C repairs and services. This Ace Technician is and was a professional, courteous and friendly and awesome employee of ACE.

The repair man was very nice. Knew what he was doing. We thought for changing the wax ring the price was very high for one half hour of work. But when you get to 80 and can't do it your self you have to pay. Was surprised when I made the appointment, I told the man I was gone between 10 and 12: 30. He made the appointment for between 1 and 5, which was good. There should be a place to write that I was not available between 10 to 12: 30. At 11: 35 there was a message that I should call that is something you can't do when you are in Church.

I will never use ACE Home Services again! Never…. What a rip off! All the tech did was take advantage of the situation, trying to sell me a new unit. Charged me 366.40 to replace 1 fuse when anyone with half a brain would have replaced both fuses and then the fuse he replaced blew 2 days later. Sorry not Sorry!

Company was professional, courteous and prompt. I was sent a text with the technician's photo and name, as well as a phone call with a time of arrival. As always, prompt, polite, and professional. Everything was explained as service was done to better insure I understood all aspects of the service.
So glad I signed up with Ace last year!
