5I was called out to tow vehicle for customer and they charge $2.00! Really low for company to do that
Waiting more than 20 minutes of the employee circulator that is supposed to take 7 to 9 minutes.
No phone numbers available to take calls for a 24 hr operation.
Very seldom do I see their people at the rideshare pick up areas at the airport actually doing their job, More often than not they are on their phones. There are even some who have came at me with a power trip threatening me when I'm picking up my passengers. I'll be happy to discuss this matter further if someone would like to talk with me!
Parking is nice, close to the terminal, clean and safe. However, I rate it 3 stars because the payment booths are super slow and sometimes do not even work.
What a bunch of morons.you better hope they don't lose your credit card, or enjoy waiting 30 minutes.
