15The staff are always available for help. Maintenance requests were always fulfilled within one day, if not a couple of hours. Very clean and awesome apartments. Highly recommend!

Update on 11/8: I've consistently faced problems at this complex
, including leaking roofs, incomplete maintenance requests, rodent issues, and, most recently, encountering rude and condescending front office staff (specifically the woman who called me on11/8). The overall customer service has been extremely disappointing, and based on my experiences, I cannot recommend moving here.
Prior issue: Eric came this morning first thing to address the issue. This is the fourth day (the offices and maintenance were closed due to a holiday). He confirmed the call center never notified them of my issue. I’ll share this with the office manager because their emergency line is not providing the service they should.
Initial complaint: As a resident who submitted an emergency request due to a non-functioning stove three days ago, I am extremely displeased with the lack of resolution for this issue. It is not only preventing me from providing cooked meals for my family, but it also hampers our ability to meet specific dietary needs. The fact that this problem remains unresolved for three days, reaching its third day today, is deeply disappointing and entirely unacceptable.
I was informed by the call center that my situation is not considered an emergency. However, I firmly believe that the ability to provide proper nutrition to my son surpasses the threshold of an emergency, especially considering that this property has the responsibility to promptly address the urgent needs of its tenants. It is outrageous that I am now left without a functional stove on a national holiday! This is an utterly unacceptable way to conduct business, and the complete absence of customer service in response to this issue is inexcusable.
This community is okay. The staff is not professional these 5 star ratings are issued from the tenants the office likes, it’s all false and phony. This community management is the worst, I just avoid. I will add all though he throws me underneath the bus, and can careless he’s good and very professional to my face. Eric called after hours to make sure I was ok when my AC went out. This community has their chosen which that’s accepting and probably doesn’t bother their conscious. Good people are nice to all! I was informed and viewed from another tenant portal about a gathering at the club house. Of course, I didn’t receive an invite. I told the tenant with laughter I can careless whether I am invited to any of the gatherings at the club house. However, I would be angry if I
needed to attend a event to receive half off on next mos rent etc. I suspected this activity was going on. However I never went to those events anyways. Furthermore all these good scores going out to staff they’re not accurate and we pick and choose who we want to be civil with. Staging a homeless dude by my door, that too was to test my temper, ain’t happening. I am very much alert. I take care of my business in the morning take my trash out or empty at work and check my mail. I avoid at all means. I see things that they think I am not up on. Also there was a mtnc guy that came in my apartment to clean my vents in the laundry room left all is mess on the floor, closed the laundry room door and walked out. I was on a zoom call.
I guess this too was to test my temper. I quietly swept his mess up and threw it over the balcony I didn’t have the time to take to leasing office so they could disregard their workers mess. I didn’t go to corporate or the BBB I handled it myself. I’ve learned most ppl don’t take accountability for nothing unless the cameras are rolling the landings are getting very dirty and the riser in the mailroom everything needs to be power washed. People will never understand truly good people are nice and genuine to all just not their chosen ones. PS the lady that has a roach problem wipe things off in your apartment daily with germicidal bleach daily roaches and termites will leave they do not like the smell, it must be germicidal bleach you get from Lowe’s. I gave a gallon to a tenant and the termites went away. I will say community is quiet and safe. I do build up with anxiety when I have to call on mtnc or office that only happen 1 time since being here and I am sure it will stay to min it’s a decent place if you rent with the mindset who you are dealing with and have the careless attitude avoid and keep your area clean and quiet. I do thank the tenants that didn’t condone the behavior from the office and have helped me and it’s always nice to be on speaking terms if not that’s fine to.
Very nice complex. Gated community, rent is a wee bit high, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
Wonderful apartment/complex no issues at all during my 3yr stay! Maintenance was always prompt with service. The clubhouse pool and gym are kept clean!
We moved here because of high reviews and it did not disappoint. We loved everything about it, zero complaints. Beautiful landscape that's well kept, it felt like living in the garden of Eden. Couldn't recommend more!
You know who’s awesome? Darrell. Five stars to the most compassionate, patient, and friendly leasing agent around. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me find a new home. I’m grateful for him. He made the entire process so comfortable and straightforward, even with a complicated set of circumstances. If you want a chill, fun, and easygoing leasing agent who knows what they’re doing. Darrell is your guy.
The neighborhood is fantastic, the administration is so helpful and kind, and the gardening and pool are all well care. I recommended to anyone. Is so pace full. I love to live here. The maintenance team are excellent.
This is an edit to my review from a year ago from 5 stars to 1. They’ve changed management and our experience has been poor. The interactions with the office staff are cold and unhelpful. The main reason I’ve updated my review is to publicly document against any retaliation from the offices biased prejudice against my husband.
Saturday, he went in to inquire the reason we were unable to access our packages from the parcel locker. We’ve lived in the community for over a year so we are familiar with the process if the lockers don’t work. He explained the same she was again short, and unhelpful. Today she sends an email indicating she felt my husbands demeanor towards her was intimidating (to summarize). The response when asked why the unnecessary email was “I don’t understand what you want me to do about it”. If you are a customer facing employee and any time a black man comes to your office you feel “intimated” I’d find it incredibly hard to believe this is a fair housing compliant property, and that your rental criteria is unbiased. As I’m certain the email was sent was to have documentation to treat us whatever unfair way they want in the front office. I’d like to also document mine as well. You’ve not only questioned my husbands character, but you’ve made us feel insecure in our home. We’ve lived here over a year and have no issues until this new staff.
Great spot to live. I have lived in several apartment complexes and I actually see maintenance crews around. The one time I need assistance because I clogged my toilet they helped me out real quick. No judgement! I have referred a few of my friends here. Thanks!
I came to get some information and spoke with Dani in the front office. She was very helpful and nice.
I just moved a month ago. Troy the manager has excellent customer service along with the other staffs. I haven't had any issues. Maintenance responded promptly and took care of my needs. This place is quiet 24/7 & I love every square inch of my apartment. My favorite place of residence ever with a house feel. 6
4/2023 Big regrets way overpriced & 4 different management companies in a year. I'm so glad WE moved this place is ran by a temporary agency. I found a house bigger and cheaper up the street. 0 star for me.
Deesha J.was absolutely incredible in helping us get the best possible rate for the place we were hoping for in such a short time frame. She went above and beyond in her customer service and took the time to understand our needs and boundaries. The apartments and community came with gracious amounts of support and was beautiful.
Honestly, I couldn’t have been more pleased than I was with my experience here. I was in town for work for 2 months and chose this place and everybody was so accommodating and was so seamless. If you’re even thinking about looking into this place stop looking at sign. It’s much more personal than any other complex due to it being much smaller in size which is so nice. No hustle bustle or crammed lots. Every parking spot is right by your unit. I’ll be back in a couple months and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
