Best pediatric staff ever! Staff is very professional and accommodating. Dr. Trejo sets the bar all children dr everywhere. He is very attentive, goes out of his way to make his pt feel comfortable and even remembers who his pt are. Never switching dr ever again Peoria office is by far the best practice I've ever came across. Thank you for always making sure we are well informed and answers all questions/ concerns before we leave the office! Absolutely recommended this office.

I am so happy with adelante healthcare. They are wonderful! Eve and Christine are the best. They listen to you throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend them!

I was able to be seen by my regular provider for an urgent matter within a few hours. Thank you ladies for the personal call back and Thank you Dr Smoots for your time and attention. I am feeling better today.

They never answer their phone. Also make you wait over an hour to be seen even if you were there before your appointment time. The doctors themselves do not make you feel welcome. Front desk ladies are nice however. They leave no number to contact the doctor directly or even the front desk directly and when you call you get thrown in circles and they never answer.

I have been seeing my MD for about month for my shoulder pain and my inability to lift my left arm. Yesterday, my regular physician was out and so I saw Dr. Jahnavi Kalidindi. She proceeded to asked the dumbest questions like, "you've had shoulder pain for a month why are you here? " WHO ASKS THAT? No I'm sorry, WHAT DOCTOR ASKS THAT? !? Not everyone is doped on the pills you physicians so carelessly and, most times, illegally give out. Am I not supposed to seek treatment if IM STILL IN PAIN FOR A MONTH and STILL CANNOT LIFT MY ARM? ! Is this supposed to be normal now? Disgusting and I won't be back.

I don't know why you went to med school Dr. Kalidindi, cause it clearly did not show in our appointment yesterday.

I had to go in for my nephew & the front office attendees were very helpful and always had a wide smile on even when leaving! They were working quite fast. Dr. Trejo is the best pediatric doctor ever and had made sure my nephew felt comfortable. They all felt very welcoming and took care of us while visiting. Overall I recommend this healthcare. Thank you Adelante for everything, keep up the good work!:)

Dr. Trejo is an excellent pediatric doctor. You can tell he really is passionate about what he does. He addressed all the problems my daughter had going on and took his time. We were there for more than 2 hours, but it was not just waiting. It was Dr. Trejo and his student carefully listening to my concerns. The MA that roomed us was very kind as well. I was very pleased and I will be going back.

I love my doctors office! They always greet me when I come in and say have a great day when I leave. I also love my doctor. Dr. Brent Smoots. He’s always willing to answer my questions and Listens to what I have to say. Makes me more willing to take his advice and follow his directions.

My boyfriend sees Dr. Brent Smoots at Adelante Healthcare and we are SO happy with his care. I scheduled his appointment here after he was discharged from the hospital and needed a PCP. Adelante was able to get him in the fastest out of all of the offices I called (at least 15 different places). Wait times are never excessive, the office is nice, front office is friendly - but what I mostly want to comment on is Dr. Smoots himself. He came into the room and had an actual conversation with us. He explained his reasoning and was able to answer all our questions. He gave us the independence to make our own decisions about some things, while giving helpful guidance. He was able to provide all the necessary scripts we needed to manage his condition. My boyfriend had to call the office once to get a different prescription sent due to insurance issues, and was able to speak with Dr. Smoots directly over the phone. We have never felt rushed during a visit with him, and so far his labs are almost perfect after only being under Dr. Smoots's care for a few months. We HIGHLY appreciate him and would recommend this doctor to anybody.

Friendly and helpful service being from front desk, doctors and medical assistants. Isaura proactively checks me in when I open the door all the time.

The entire staff was very nice and helpful and polite. I truly am impressed with Dr. Tapia and his caring for the patients. I appreciate the phone call I received this morning concerning my lab work. This is my new medical facility. Thank you all for everything.

Saw Dr Varma, MD as my other Doctor had left. She was personable and had good communication with myself. Will definitely see her as my regular Doctor. She did listen, was not in a rush or pushy which I liked. Ordered tests which I also thought appropriate as I'm a nurse. PLUS I respect her at this point in time.

The internal medicine doctor (Dr. Varma) listened to me and provided me with care and compassion considering everything I have been dealing with -

And to ladies in the front and to both of my nurses you are awesome the health care world would be a better place with people who actually care and listen if there were more of you all

My dr. Always listens to my concerns. He spends quality time with me. We go over other options for meds that may be better for me.

Great place. Always welcoming and very outgoing. The medical assistant Fran was amaZing. I’ve been coming here for years and wouldn’t change. Great place and doctors.

This was by far the most amazing experience giving my kids shots at any dr office ever, He came in singing do you wanna build a snowman from frozen with the music In the background he had the most amazing personality and the nurses were phenomenal! Bring your kids here for sure!

The older, large, female phlebotomist is NOT professional. She's very cold and unkind.

We love Adelante Peoria! Our little one sees Dr. Trejo (he's the best!) The rest of the staff is so helpful & friendly. We've seen some of the NPs for sick visits, and they're so great! Having a lab onsite is so convenient.
Highly recommend!
