ADEQ Vehicle Emissions Testing Station, Phoenix AZ

Ironic that I have my engine running for over 60 minutes waiting on an emissions test. Four bays with 2 in use. Waited over 60 minutes in the que. The service once to the front warrants the additional star. Absent that, wedbe down to 1. The state should monitor historical volumes to staff accordingly.

Been coming to this location for years.nice people working here. Sometimes you can be in and out to get emission tested.

Two big lines when I got to the Phoenix location just NW of the airport. Looked like it would be 30 minutes, at least. Instead, they opened up two more lanes, shifted traffic appropriately and cut the time down by half. Brilliant! Gloved, sanitized and masked re: COVID-19. Do the same for them, please.

Great that all official testing stations have real time cameras to see how many vehicles are in line. Not to worry if busy-they brought out extra workers when the lines clogged up. Friendly and efficient technician. Only took 15 min to get in being 4th in line. I appreciate that they are essential workers and showed up to work so that my life style of using my car can continue!

Quick, and easy service. Extremely friendly staff. In and out in under 15min. " and that was peak time on a Friday ". No complaints.

These guys are pretty quick. I have had to use a couple of emission places as I drive a work truck. The people there are professional and will keep the line moving.

Really fast and was not too busy! They get them in 2 at a time. The attendant was polite respectful and had me in and out in no time.the best time to get there with the shortest wait time is in the morning!

I was able to have my vehicle's emissions tested in 20 minutes. There was three lines of vehicles and about 10 cars total. There was 4 in front of me but the line moved fairly quickly. The fee for my 2010 sedan was $17.00. The technician was friendly and personable. Overall great experience.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Even though my older kid car failed emissions they were very helpful in what needed to be done to get it solved.

Check the real-time Camera, not the online waiting time. The online waiting shows me +20 min time but the Cam shows the lot is empty, so I drove them and yes it's almost empty. I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes, very efficient people.

Fastest service i was there during lunch hour and was able to get service in five mins. Place was wheelchair accessible. Soda machine. Friendly and helpful service.

New hires and faulty equipment. Took longer than expected. According to web site should've been under 10 minutes but took about a half hour and I was at the front of the line.
