BEWARE! The Office of Administrative Hearings is the ROC's personal puppets! The Incompetent inspectors, crooked, power hungry attorneys and employees that abuse the system and follow ZERO of the statutes that are in place at the ROC for their twisted ego's! Destroying lives DAILY!
And if you ask for a hearing. You have just wasted your time (and money if you hire an attorney!) The hearing offices Judges are a complete joke and do whatever the ROC wants 100%, like a bunch puppets that they are!
If you are considering getting a contractors license in Arizona! Do yourself a huge favor and move on to the next state or do not bother!
They are as bad and crooked as it gets!
Example: Imagine remodeling an entire kitchen with everything brand new.including cabinets, sink, counter top, new microwave, new refrigerator, new dish washer, etc.
And the customer does not like the color of the counter top! Files a complaint with the ROC! And the ROC along with the Office of Administrative Hearings makes you give ALL THE MONEY back to the customer for the entire job. INCLUDING the brand new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and cabinets!
Yes! You are reading right! This is how crooked and incompetent the ARIZONA REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTOR and THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS IS!
But, it is time that they are exposed for what they really are!

My house burnt down in 2013 and our contractor never finished our house. We paid him all but the last 10%. Even hired someone to inspect the house for us and found at least 75 unfinished or incomplete things. Filed a report with the ROC who are suppose to help us and the kept saying we sent them incomplete info which is not true and we have the email to prove it. Tried reaching out to news stations to help and nothing. I'm a school teacher with 4 kids. I can't hire a lawyer or pay for my house to be done right.its terrible that the ROC WONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP, and they make it so hard for us. Who are they protecting here?

I am appalled at the business practices of the Registrar of contractors. I have personally witnessed their harrassment of a good, hard working handyman that has somehow fallen under their radar to use in a personal agenda to spot dishonest laborers. Their consistent harrassment is costing this man his ability to work and feed his family while the Registrar of contractors is overlooking the actual real culprits that truly are dishonest and taking advantage of the system.

The Registrar of contractors has taken this man to court once and lost resoundingly - the judge saying " they failed miserably to prove their case" and now they are back harrassing this man for a complaint from 6 years ago which is also false and bears no evidence.

Where is the justice? How does one come up against an institution like this without spending thousands of dollars? How do you. Registrar of contractors.get away with this? The man you have come after has had two false complaints in over 30 years and is listed with an A + rating - WHAT IS YOUR AGENDA?

Terrible, they don't even follow their own rules! Nor do they even care about the damage they're doing to people! They just want their money! Sick! ADOT is full of "legal" Criminals!

ROC is a joke the only people they protect is the contractor had a house fire about 60% of my home damaged contractor paid $86,000 and not one thing done right
in my home noone did there job planning zoning, board of insurance, attorney general office Not even the atty I hired protected me took ever bit of money I had and I am stuck with a home that is not in pre-loss condition all involved unethical individuals I have ever had to deal with, I am stuck with at least $32,000 worth of damage. ROC went as far as saying I sabotaged my own plumbing I am disabled and donot have the ability to crawl under my home as if I didn't have enough issue's going on to add that to the problem contractor did it on demolition bottom line contractor got paid for not making home pre-loss condition. They left so many things undone and not sealed right such as duct work had a hugh problem with vermin they took over my home. No insulation, heater and a/c came on at the same time the list endless. NOONE PROTECTS HOME OWNER!
I even had contractors that where willing to testify against another contractor that's how disgusted they where with the work done to my home they felt it gave contractors a bad name with such unethical workmanship! Go to the news if this happens too don't make the same mistake I made please pray for KARMA! For all contractors that are unethical to us the public! Thank you!

I've made SEVERAL attempts to contact GOOGLE and give them the correct info, phone calls, map update requests, suggested edits.you name it.but they said there is 'nothing they can do'. Apparently they cannot update map information.

Prior to Steve capacitor read. 5 fan side and. 0 on compressor. No actual capacitor or motor readings were recorded by Acclaim.
