ADT Security Services, Mesa AZ

I have tried since March to have my account canceled on my old home and transferred to our new home. Every time I call they say it hasn’t been canceled yet but they will cancel it now and it will take 30 days. They continue to bill me and when I call back they say it hasn’t been canceled, but they will do it now and it will take 30 days. I’ve been in this cycle for 4 months. I spent 4 hours on the phone with you guys the last time I called. I’ve had to change my credit card to stop being billed for the monthly service since no one can figure out how to do their job. Everyone I talk to promises that this time it has been done correctly. I just laugh because I know they are lying. Your dumb bills can go to collections as I’m done wasting hours of my life trying to get this matter fixed.

Wow, terrible experience. I had a sales person come out to my house saying if I didn't use ADT burglars could break into my house and get by my currant security system.

I am very displeased with Safe Haven & ADT. I was lied to from the very beginning. I security cameras never functioned properly and when I asked for support and service on those cameras they wanted to charge me a trip fee. The cameras never worked well begin with, Ring works so much better and does not limit recording time and actually picks up motion. I tried to cancel my service but they said Id have to pay the remainder of my contract up front. So I reluctantly continued to use them. I moved 2 years into the agreement and needed to transfer my service across town. They said not a problem and said I needed to sign a transfer request form. Unbeknownst to me the had my sign another contract when they knew I was very upset and not happy with there service. ADT is bamboozling customers into long contracts by lying and withholding information.
