Might just be this location or just my luck put man i order a part for my truck from them still haven't received it been 3weeks sucks. They do got good deals I give them that

They could stock more parts that are commonly needed and some of the pricing could be more competitive however their manager Melinda and the other employees have excellent customer service which really means a lot. Example of pricing; Advanced Auto Parts price for a battery with my commercial account, is $160 and at O'Reilly its $125. I'll continue to shop here whenever possible because they put effort into the customer and that really matters!

Mike was very knowledgeable and helped me out a ton with my catalytic converter. Facility is nice and clean. Another employee helped read my computer code earlier and was super sweet about it:)

Went for a battery replacement and got great service including a free installation. Thank you to the gentleman who put my battery in at noon when it was well over 100° in full sun. Excellent service

I had a very hard time for a return. On all 3 stores. Iam a mechanic I spend at least 30k on parts but I won't go there anymore. I should make a claim for Time spent and labor

I’m happy to have an Advanced Auto Parts near me, they carry the LiquiMoly Oil that I like to use and not many other places do so I don’t have to order it online anymore. They are knowledgeable and friendly as well. This is my go-to Auto Part store now.

Everyone here was very helpful when my battery died. They took out the old one and put the new one in for me. I tried Orielly’s across the street first and they said they couldn’t help with putting the battery in. I’d definitely recommend Advanced Auto Parts to my friends and family.:)

On a Sunday morning our VW would not start and we naively thought it was as simple as buying a new battery and swapping out the old one. We quickly learned it entails much more than just a new battery and requires a process that if done incorrectly can wipe the car's data systems. I called Advance Auto Parts, spoke with Melinda on Sunday afternoon and she clearly explained how to get this done correctly and how much it would cost.

Monday, the next day, at 8am our car arrived at Advance Auto Parts on Grant by tow truck. Melinda provided seamless service start to finish allowing us to stay under budget and deadline. Under 90 minutes for everything including extensive recalibration and at fmv.

I cannot commend Melinda and Advance Auto Parts enough and they are my first choice from now on.

Every time I have been in here I have had great service. Yesterday I came in to get my check engine light code scanned, a man named Mike helped me, he was fabulous! I had a failure with a previous part, he assisted me in getting it exchanged and gave me info about something that needed to be done with the part that no one told me before. Extremely exceptional service from Mike yesterday!

Excellent attention. They were very kind in checking and cleaning our battery. If you really need it, go here. Super recommended!

This place was awesome they had parts for my old truck that orielly’s and auto-zone didn’t have, also the store was super nice and the manager (Tj) who helped me was very helpful and made the experience really great
