Advanced Hearing Group, Mesa AZ

I have been taking my son to Advanced Hearing Group for 5 years. The staff is phenomenal! We met with Dr. DiPuccio. He wad amazing! My son is autistic. He has refused to wear his hearing aid for the past 4 years. The moment my son explained the issues that keep him from wearing his hearing aid Dr. DiPuccio was able to understand and was compassion. Previous audiologist were quite aggressive and just told him he had to wear it no matter what. My son left his appointment feeling so much more at ease. He also said he forgot how much he loved being able to hear everything clearly and what a difference his hearing aid really makes. Thank you Dr. DiPuccio and Advanced Hearing Group for rejuvenating my son's love for his hearing aid!

I had a great experience at this office. The doctor Adam Dipuccio was thorough and helpful, willing to answer all my questions and take time. Staff was attentive and prompt. I’ve been back w family members appts as well and we’ve all been happy. Glad this convenient office is here

Our son happens to have Autism and in general does not like having his ears touched. Dr. DiPuccio was so good with him, that our son was able to have his ears checked, cleaned, wear headphones and interact willingly! Dr. DiPuccio was calming, spoke directly to our son and was positive and encouraging. We were thrilled with and for our son!

I recently had my left ear evaluated by my primary care provider who discovered I had a large buildup of impacted wax. They tried unsuccessfully to remove the wax via lavage but all that did was push the wax further into my ear onto my ear drum. I was sent home with new ear pain and decreased hearing, and was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen again for a month. I was desperate for help and found AHG and decided to give them a call. The receptionist was so compassionate to my concerns over the phone and they were even able to schedule me for an appointment the same day! I was seen by Adam DiPuccio who was very kind, attentive to my concerns and determined to help me. He is a very skilled practitioner and was able to remove my stubborn impacted earwax that was pressed right up against my eardrum. I felt immediate relief and could hear so well! I’m so glad I found AHG and have nothing but great things to say about them. They really care about their patients and I so appreciate them going above and beyond to help me when others did not.

Very thorough, explained all options in a very easy to understand manner. Entire office staff pleasant and helpful. It was a rare time when going to a medical office was an enjoyable experience.

I have had hearing aids from other centers but none have have been better then here. Customer service was outstanding and then yesterday I needed. My hearing aids checked got there before store opened yet the receptionist CECE unlocked the the door and fixed my problem. Job well done. CECEis a great employee/representative of your company
