Advanced Pain Management, Surprise AZ

I had the pleasure of meeting 3 wonderful ladies that made me soon realize that I was in the right place. The nurse practitioner was extremely thorough in reviewing my pain management needs. She explained how Advanced Pain Management can assist me in making contact with the Abbott representative for the area and how we all can work together. I left their practice knowing that I found my new home for pain management in Arzonia.

People were friendly yet professional. Explained very thoroughly what they were performing. The only negative is the paperwork due in the office before the appointment. Too bad this can't bedone on line beforehand. Susan had all my records before her during the appointment. Very thorough.

I always look forward, to my visit with Susan. Susan is very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and compassionate. I appreciate the time she spends with me. I never feel rushed or judged. I have in the past had providers, that would rush to judgment about my issues. It is refreshing to find someone like Susan, that actually listens offers suggestions, and insights.
I would definitely recommend Advanced Pain management, Susan Baily specifically. To any friends or family who might be searching, for a pain care management program.

Dr Susan Bailey is one of the best doctors I have. She makes you feel comfortable, takes her time with you, and you can tell she truly cares for her patients!

Susan Bailey is such an amazing health care professional. Everyone who sees patients is very nice and knowledgeable. The woman that actually calls you back into the rooms to wait for your nurse is one of the nicest people I have every met in the healthcare field. She is always so sweet and does her job very well. The CSR position at the front desk has had a high turnover rate in the past but the lady they have there now is much nicer than the previous one. It's also kind of hard to get a hold of your specific facility location at times. Usually you need to leave a voicemail and wait for a call within 24 hours. Other than that this place is great! I love that I found a place that cares about making my chronic pain tolerable.

The doctors and practitioners are great and genuinely seem to care. However when you call to make an appointment or with any questions remember to have patience because they are generally very short and rude.

The treatment and care that I receive from Advanced pain management is very satisfying and thorough, from injection therapy, keeping up with my meds, medical assistants and even the receptionist are caring, helpful and compassionate.

Everything was excellent, thank you, but I didn't schedule next month's appt.please schedule with me.

Susan is a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable doctor who puts her patients first and foremost. There is a reason I travel from Yuma to see her and the team at Avanced Pain Management, they treat me with respect!

Always the most professional service. Susan is a great listener, and adjusts my meds and/or therapies as needed
