Extremely nice people with a friendly pup in the waiting area. I came in today needing a quick repair and they took great care of me. I hope I don't need to return, but will be happy to come back if needed. Thank you for the help!

These people are the worst. They own 3 shops and the one here in kimgman and lake havasu are the worst. 5,8000 dollors later and nothing was ever touched or fixed. My car will not shift and now it pumps out oil its undeliverable. Do not go to these people do not go to these people they are scamm artists and crooks.

I had previously posted a negative review due to some issues with my truck and had the owners reach out to me directly and have gone above and beyond to correct the issue, which was caused by a bad employee.

Kindness and acknowledgement go so far for me and I will definitely be returning to them in the future based on how they conducted themselves.

I had a really good experience here with these guys, they worked with me. I told them that I had thanksgiving plans and they went out of they’re way to make sure it was done before thanksgiving. The guy working on my Tahoe stayed late until 8pm to get it done! I would highly recommend them for your transmission needs

I looked for a transmission shop in town where I could get my transmission fluid and filters changed one location wanted to charge me $400 plus then I called advanced transmission they said they could do it for under 200 I took it it is on my appointment day and time great job it should be my fluid changed by two filters put it in your transmission fluid in a timely manner I’m very happy with the service but I was in there it’s a family owned shop very informative and knowledgeable about their business I would recommend it to anybody else who have transmission problems to take it to advanced transmission in Prescott Arizona my name

Because of the good reviews I had Advanced Transmission rebuild the transmission on my 2008 Chrysler Aspen, which was starting to act up at 145k miles. It now shifts like a new car. On the drive home afterwards I noticed a rattle under the car only at a certain speed and rpm. It turned out to be an exhaust shield, which they quickly diagnosed and fixed with no hassle. Getting quality transmission rebuilds can be a challenge- I had a Jasper transmission rebuild on another car that was bad right out of the box- but these folks seem to know their stuff.

Have had our transmission for 5 weeks. (Subcontracted from Dave's Auto.)
Every time we asked what was going on it was, we are waiting for parts. Every day its, parts should be here tomorrow! 5 weeks later parts finally arrive and guess what, its the wrong parts for the rebuild. So we they have now wasted 6 weeks of our time. If they had just told us or Dave's that they did not know how to get parts for and do a rebuild on a 1990 chevy manual transmission, it would have saved us a lot of time. If you have a older manual transmission, take it to Red's transmission in Buckeye, AZ He had parts and had it rebuilt in a week.

They did a great job on my 3rd gen. Theyre a very experienced 48re builder that really seem to know their stuff. Oh, and they're affordable relative to other shops. Wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else in Prescott.

They rebuilt the front end on my Dodge Ram. They did a great job and got it done quick and for a great price. I recommend them for any vehicle needs!

This place is just incredible. I brought my truck in to have some work done and it was giving the techs a heck of a time. They managed to get it done way later than they closed. I told them I could get a ride home and the technician Theo said no I am gonna finish your vehicle no matter what. His professional attitude and professionalism bring this store so much in ways every place needs. The owners are also so awesome. They said they would get me in and make sure it’s perfect. Well my vehicle is beyond perfect. I will make sure everyone knows about the professionalism and expertise this place brings to the table. When everyone turned me down for this job they said yes. My name is Rick Main, and I have to apologize for the late response. I have been in this shop three times, Twice for my 240Z race care with LS1/powerglide combo and just recently with a car I had just purchased which turned out to have not only a trans line leak, but oil leak as well.

Well both times with my race car, Dillon and his crew did a great job, good price and once no charge at all and helped me put it back on the trailer.

This time, they fixed both leaks, even though they were extremely busy, and I've had it back for a few weeks now, and not one drop has come out on my garage floor. Great people too including his wife, who is always cheerful and easy to talk to.

Advanced transmission Prescott is a very professional business! We get treated extremely well every single time we take our vehicles to get worked on. Highly recommend them! The front office lady was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Should also mention we travel about 2 1/2 hours that’s how much we like this shop!

Erin and Dillon have been taking care of three of our cars and the service and quality has been amazing every single time! They’ve helped us with everything from ball joint replacements to fixing the ac in our 1989 truck! I’ve never had such a positive experience in a repair shop and we couldn’t be happier. We will continue to use them for years to come!
