Aeris Family Dental Marana, Tucson AZ

In the past few weeks I have had 6 appointments for myself or my family. EVERY SINGLE ONE has been on schedule. I have been on earth 34 years now and have never met a medical office that is chronically on time. 5 stars for scheduling! (Also clean, friendly, etc)

I have lived in Tucson over 30 years and been to numerous dental offices. Never really satisfied until I started going to Aeris Family Dental in Marana. Dr. Mortenson and Staff are wonderful! I always get a reminder when I need to make an appointment for a check-up and cleaning. The hygienist is friendly and gentle cleaning my teeth. Dr. Mortenson gives options when dental work is needed and lets me choose. Never tried to persuade me to get unnecessary dental work like some previous dentist I have been to. The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and concerned with getting the dental work I needed done. Thank you!

Aeris family dental, these guys are awesome! I was looking for a dentist for reasons that don’t have anything to do with this review. I walked in and asked when I could get my teeth cleaned, fully expecting as a new patient it would be several weeks or a month out. The response they gave me was, can you be back in a couple hours? A couple hours! Absolutely I can be back in a couple hours! That’s been several years ago and I still do not have one negative thing to say about anyone I’ve had interactions with there. I feel “at home” there. It’s not like you’re in a cave, everything is quiet, you can’t hear anybody talking. This place is like a real “homey” feeling. You can hear people talking, there is interaction between co-workers, even laughter. Yes, laughing in a dentist office. The kind of feeling I have there makes me feel like the employees care about their job, and their patients. A huge shout out to Kendra, she’s my hygienist, THE BEST! I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but, if I have to get my teeth taken care of somewhere, it might as well be at a place I don’t hate to be. Thanks everyone, I finally don’t dread getting my dental work done.

Professional and friendly staff. Doctor Mortonson is very gentle one of the best dentist we have had, and we have been here since 1983.

Appointment times are normally within 5 minutes of the appointment time, before or after the scheduled time. The Staff are great, friendly and kind and Dr Mortenson is equally as kind and makes the visit to the dentist a much better experience.

Dr. Mortenson and his staff are all very friendly and professional, in the past 1.5 years the doctor has installed 2 crowns without any problems!

The staff is so friendly and they put you at ease no matter what procedure you are having. Dr. Mortenson is so professional and is an excellent dentist. I would recommend Aeris family dental to everyone.

A wonderful office. Dentist is friendly and very proficient and skilled at his practice. The office staff very friendly as are all of the hygienists and dental assistants. Very easy to make an appointment without long waits.

My child had an abscessed tooth and her current pediatric dentist was making it super difficult to have her seen so I called them since they are my dentist. Not only did they see her the same day, they treated the problem right then and there! They were so nice as well, and made a difficult procedure so much easier. We will be patients for life.
