Don’t deal with this staffing agency, they never return your calls or emails, very unprofessional. It is a waste of time to contact them or go in for an interview. How does a company run like this?

So just like a another reviewer I’ve had a similar issue, they got me on a job, asked me if I had anything on my record, and I did and told them that, and also that I didn’t have my ged or equivalent. Not to mention I had to input that on their site and such for hiring.

But they didn’t look over my information and put me on the job anyways just for my background check to come back and them pulling me from a job, which is very irritating, and caused me to turn down another job offer that I would have been better suited for.

I got hired on, got trained in for a week, my background check didn’t pass, whatever it’s on me and is my fault/responsibility. But the fact that they let me GET TO WORK that morning before telling me I was terminated was messed up. The fact that they said my paycheck would be direct deposit and I am now receiving my check in the mail, when promised I wouldn’t have to wait for it is messed up. My rent is now going to be late. The fact that they hired on 3 alternates for the class and all 3 alternates had issues with hiring THE SAME DAY? And nobody else? Only the alternates for the class? Like just say you don’t need anyone else we knew we were alternates when we were hired. Over all 0/10, would not recommend this company for employment because it isn’t consistent or reliable.

Initially they called as if they were interested when I asked did they hire individuals with backgrounds they said yes they proceeded to tell me that I had a great resume and that someone would call me back the next day well that was bs no phone call no answer to my email and no response to the numerous applications I submitted this does not seem like an equal opportunity employer you can never get through and the recruiters does not respond to voice mail messages this does not look good on there company we all know that it is a business for them to get paid its all about revenue if you wont benefit them then no luck a bunch of false lies your just a body for a return fee for these staffing agencies the quality and workmanship is not there anymore the value of people and jobs is not there its all about business and monitary value I will no longer contact this agency the Vp needs to get his company under control being im from out of state this company makes Az look real bad.

The front desk is unprofessional they wont answer phone calls and when they do they hang up on you and screen your calls have to call from a different phone to call them, then they answered and they are rude to you when they do.

My recruiter Arnold Ochoa was very professional and helpful on meeting my needs of what employer I was looking for.

Shianne Williams went above & beyond as my recruiter, she made it by far the best experience I have ever had with any agency. She got me the job I was interested in with in a couple of days contacting me. She would answer any question I had in a timely manner, and most importantly she genuinely cares about your well being and putting you in the best position to succeed.

Ryan was awesome and very helpful. Right after I met with him, he set up an interview, I got a job a few days later. The front desk hardly answers phones, so going in is a better option. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

My experience went very good wonderful my recruiter was Jonathan JOHNSON 5 stars very helpful and helped me out i transition from California looking for job got me a very good paying job he has called and followed up with me and i have called has gave me excellent service very satisfied thank you john i appreciate everything

They are not helpful with finding jobs. They lie and never call you back. Don’t recommend them at all.

My experience with Aerotek has been priceless in the sense that absolutely NOTHING has come about job wise.
I continue to call and ask for at least a reason why I wasn't chosen as an employee, so that I can better myself.
Instead I get this run around nothingness of answers. It is too bad that Aerotek DO NOT know when they have quality employees.

Just an overall waste of time. They’ll get your foot in the door, then once you realize you’re in a inadequate office working for a company that has 0 training proficiency. If you’re fired or if your contract ends they completely cut you off. They’ll employ in a whatever area they can stick you in. A HUGE waste of time.

Horrible I stayed for 2 hours for an interview for a job they said they had & turns out there was never a job! Waste of time

Place sucks still hasn't got me a job after been told for 2 of them never even got a interview. Recruiters dnt do there jobs rite.

Believe the hype. Im going on 3 weeks now and havent been paid. I had to file a wage claim with the state. They dont answer the phone and rarely return vmail or emails. Oh and the job I got thru them had temps from other agencies who were making $5 more per hour.

They are pleasant when they hire you also Just for recruiter’s to get there income by hiring people. When you do get hired, they do not respond on time on emails. Or even a call back. The front desk doesn’t answer phone calls. They need two CSR’s if they can not keep up with phone calls on demand. The manager is unpleasant when you just need information and wants to give his own opinion when it’s not valid. I worked for this company. I will no longer.

Horrible staffing agency to get employment I was let go a few months back and Recruiter told me he "Help me find a job" still to this day I've not got a call back. Luckily for me I found stable employment. Word of advice stay away from Aerotek.

Me and my cousin with a disability applied and Molly was really rude to him. We told her multiple times that it takes him a while to learn things sometimes and she kept talking down on him. Never applying with these guys again.

I call the office about my employee information, operator keep transferring phone from one department to another including head office I could not get response waiting 45 minutes. Very unprofessional staff and agency. I am very disappointed.

This is the worst job agency I've ever been to. They will act like they care about you but it's all a facade, don't let them fool you.
