Great customer service and Great presentation when you walk in. I Love my doctor his name is Dr. Zachary. He's very caring and explained so much to my son after my surgery. I didn't have my medication when I got home my son called him it was there within 15 mins.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2020. After doing my research to find a plastic surgeon to work with restoring my breasts I came across Dr. Joseph Zakhary and trust me he was the BEST find ever. I could not ask for a better person that I want to go with me on this journey, and as an added bonus he just so happens to be a plastic surgeon. Win win for me si far and when you are fighting a battle, you need all the wins you can get.
Dr. Zakhary as a person is compassionate, ethical and actually passionate about his work. You realize this when you first speak with him. But what I really love and appreciate about Dr. Zakhary is how he reassures me. He tells me to stop worrying and relax. I had an incident where everything was going bad so I called him to tell him. I said "so i guess our next plan of action is. " to which his response was "no our next plan of action is for you to relax and let us do our job and our job is to take care of you so let us do that. " It was the best thing he could have ever said to me and really what I needed to hear.
I highly recommend Elite Plastic Surgery and Dr. Joseph Zakhary to anyone who wants to feel great about the Doctor they chose to work on their bodies. I wish I was in a position to just want elective plastic surgery without any of the cancer drama I have. I could just imagine the care you would get with him.

Truly exceptional is all i can say! This was my second visit to see Dr. Tim Matatov to have a procedure done in office and i cant believe my results as well as professionalism i got from him & his whole staff.
My first visit I had Eyelid surgery or Blepharoplasty done in office at my request since i am not a fan of going under and the results were amazing, very natural look just after a few weeks, exactly what i wanted which was to take weight off my eyelid and not look like i had any work done.
I was so impressed with the work of Dr. Matatov that half a year later I had to fly out to Arizona again from Dallas to see him for my other issue I have had bothering me which was gynecomastia (breast tissue I had developed in my right breast) which was also done in office under local anesthesia. He did an amazing job once again and after 3 weeks I cant even tell I had a surgery other then some healing pain on the inside of my breast. A week later he personally called me to tell me that the specimen removed was non cancerous which was a huge relief since my sister had breast cancer at age 25 and I lost my mother to cancer as well.
