Affiliated Dermatology Scottsdale reviews
16Dr. Maley is excellent. I am extremely satisfied having her as my demologist. My yearly skin examination is always thorough, and when I have had a problem in the past, she has listened attentively, responded in a way that made me feel 'heard' and provided an effective solution. She is very professional with an upbeat, yet very attentive manner. Great combination!
This dermatology office needs to have a phone connection direct to the office in order to facilitate communication between patients and the office. Using the call center did not work for me. I waited almost 20 minutes on hold and then opted to have a call back, which didn’t happen until the following day.
Megan Np is the Best. She diagnosed a Melanoma stage 3. I had the surgery all went well. I hope she never leaves.
Waited a week on two different medications for unrelated appointments. Impossible to get through on the phone. The call back feature takes hours for a call back but is better than the texting option which takes a full day for a valid response. Pharmacy can't even get through to Affiliated. Bottom line communication is horrid. Also worth mentioning, I have 5 adult friends, including myself, that have used Affiliated and all of us have been told we have pre cancer and have all had biopsies. One has had multiple biopsies and no longer uses affiliated because she believes they are "cut happy" to take your money. I agree. Once my daughter is done with her acutane we will no longer go here.
Ms. Morgan was extremely personable, like-able, knowledgeable as well as efficient when performing Botox on me. I would highly recommend her to anyone for these services. I will be back for sure!
It's my third time seeing Jennifer Morgan. She is so nice and takes her time and never rushes. My face look so beautiful as I m now on maintenance.
Highly recommended.
Nurse Practitioner Megan Maley is awesome. I've seen her annually over the past four years for cancer screenings and mole removals. She is very thorough and very professional. I wouldn't see anyone else.
All the folks were ready to ànswer any question or issues that we needed help with. The skin surgery was with out pain. The doctors & nurses were friendly.
Kathrina Ridley was knowledge and personable! Her assistant Josie set up this exam well and was very reassuring for my first skin check.
I was thoroughly impressed with my entire experience in working with Dr. Maley. The entire process was fast, easy, and with top notch bed side manner. From check in to check out, everything was great. Dr. Maley and her MA, Madeline are super friendly and nothing but positive energy. That's so rare these days!
Kristina is excellent at what she does and is very knowledgeable and patient when she explains the procedures she will be doing. She makes sure you are comfortable before proceeding, and is very personable and easy to talk to. We have been very happy seeing her for treatments and would highly recommend her for true medical results.
I was recently seen by Megan Maley and had an excellent experience under her care. Megan was very thorough, professional, and thoughtful, and I would highly recommend her as a provider at Affiliated Dermatology's Scottsdale office.
Very thorough with her exams. Lets you know about various spots and removes if suspicious.
I’m a first time patient. I was referred to Affiliated Dermatology by my transplant team at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix so they must be good. I recently had a liver transplant at Banner and they informed me that I needed to be examined every year for skin cancer because when you have an organ transplant you are at a much higher risk for skin cancer like melanoma (because of the immunosuppressive medications). I met with Dr Elizabeth Stricker yesterday. As soon as she walked into the room I felt at ease. She and her nursing assistant greeted me with a nice friendly smile and they were very good listeners and so easy for me to talk to. Dr. Stricker was very thorough and explained everything to me as she was examining my skin. At the end of my full body skin exam she asked me if I had any further questions. I didn’t feel like I was rushed like some doctor appointments which was nice. Dr Stricker has a nice warm caring personality and that’s VERY important to me as a patient. I will definitely go back to Affiliated Dermatology next year for my yearly skin cancer exam.
Wife and I have been coming to this office for years. Elizbeth Stricker is our Doctor and she is great. She is professional, friendly and very good at our semi-annually skin cancer screening. Could not ask for a better doctor. The front office staff is also friendly and always completes our insurances papers correctly. Extremely happy with the Scottsdale location.
Megan Maley and her assistant were prompt, professional and efficient She started with question “did I have any concerns” that she could address. After a review of my history at Affliated she gave me a thorough body exam and discussed a prescription she was ordering from my pharmacy and when and how to use it. I will be seeing her again in 6 months
