Affordable installed a water heater back in January of 2016, I called this morning with a problem and they dispatched Curtis within 2 hours. Curtis came in on time problem fixed no charge. Thank you for Rod from dispatch and Curtis the professional technician. It is nice to know that companies like Affordable are still out there. The whole experience was awesome! Ron answered the phone & made an appointment right away because the carpet in the guest bathroom was wet. We suspected a slab leak or condensation moisture coming from the A/C. Didn't know which & needed to know. Richard our technician was knowledgeable & provided the answer right away. He checked the water meter & it didn't move so that meant no slab leak. He did look inside the A/C unit & discovered the source of the leak - condensation from a clogged line. Will need to call an A/C repair person. Richard is so honest. He didn't charge for leak detection since he didn't perform that service. He said "No charge. Put the money towards the A/C repair you will need. " This company is unique in that it is run based on the principle of honesty. That's how you build a good reputation & loyal customers. We now have a plumber that we will always call when we need help because we can trust him. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends. Thanks!
