Overall I am satisfied with the company, been doing business with them for 4 years. My most recent purchase was a little less than stellar communication was the problem! And my lack of verifying what the contract said versus what I was told I was getting.
I went in on Tusday, July 26, with a very specific request for a large capacity no agitator new washer, I don’t care the brand, all I cared was that it was white. They didn’t have any at the north store where I do business so they called to the south store. I was there for a good 20 minutes looking around at beds, tvs, wall photos (wasting rime basically), while they were on the phone and when I left it was my understanding that I was getting exactly what I went in to look for. I asked for new versus preowned because I’ve gotten pre-owned things and they never last. Plus they still charge you the brand new price for preowned!
So needless to say when they delivered yesterday I was not even thinking I needed to look things over and they were also hovering around the machine, 3 of them, while running it through a quick cycle to ensure that it was not leaking and it was hooked up properly. They called to the store and the manager on duty spoke to me to ensure everything was OK and that I was going to give them a great review. Again I hadn’t had a chance to look in the machine because they were in the process of running it through a cycle, so I said yeah everything seems to be in order and OK. Last evening several hours after they left I went to use the machine which I use regularly for my job as I provide laundry services. To find that my machine was not brand new, and it had an agitator. Capacity is about the same as my previous washer also. So I called very angry to which there was a lot of excuse as to why a machine with an agitator showed up at my doorstep. I told them I couldn’t wait for them to find me the appropriate machine because I don’t have the funds to go to the laundromat and I use this machine regularly for my job for my income and I had Laundry orders to process for return. So I would just keep the machine with the agitator because at least it was a working machine and I would make it work. Then as I am closing the lid it catches my eye all the disgust underneath the lid, even if you’re going to sell a pre-used machine, CLEAN it first! The disgust underneath the lid made me about vomit. That’s when I realized this isn’t a brand new machine either. So I tried to call again but the company was already closed. So this morning getting ready to prepare to go in and chew them out for giving me a used machine when I asked for a new machine and my contract says I’m paying for a new machine. My contract actually says it’s a pre-rented machine, so that’s where I need to start looking at the contract, even though after 4 years of business I would’ve thought I was getting what I requested because I’ve never had an issue with them before. But I’m still going to go in today and demand some explanation as to how this all happened when I asked for very specific things and I’m going to have them come pick it up and give me exactly what I asked for!

We love this place. Irving is very helpful and very professional. Bought a living room set from them along with a bed. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. They are nothing like the other rental stores. In the future I will be buying more from them. Very happy

Never had an issues. The workers were always professional and polite. If I needed something they would always find it for me. It's been awhile I decided to come back. New people working there but it felt like I never left. They were helpful the item I needed they did not have
Alex found it for me called me back had it the same day I called. I went in the process was simple and I walked out with what I needed. Plus the price was even cheaper than other places. I am glad I came back. Upon my return again in 2019 the service has not changed. The new manager Reuben I knew from dealings with at another store. He is awesome he will go way over and beyond to help you with any problems and situations you may have. It is Just one less thing you have to worry about when someone cares enough to help making a payment easy for you. I love this place.

Fantastic service, always get it right and if they don't have what you are looking for they will make it work for you. Great delivery team very efficient, polite and friendly. Repeat customer- would not go anywhere else!

Ruben and Alex on Grant and first are pretty awesome people that place will help you out and make sure that you're happygreat people when my roommates mattress was being charged a didn't want to honor the warranty they went ahead and replaced it with a brand new one so they're honest and friendly and good people

They're cool. They work with you on payments and it's cheap. I got all my furniture from them.
