I came into to get a stainless steel chain fixed at about 4: 30 PM on a Friday. Forgot to get her name but she is amazing and fixed it within seconds! She’s a blessing this necklace means a lot to my friend and they will be grateful that you can’t even tell that it was ever broken. Thank you!

Happened upon this jewelry store in a strip mall and met the owner as she was closing up and I was headed to Ciao Bella. I have been trying to find a local jeweler that does the rhodium dip in house and they do and it was done in 24 hours and I'm super happy. Very nice store and nice people. I always try and support local businesses.

Got my watches sized and they made sure it fit and took links in and out for me and were so nice about it! Def would recommend them and it was good priced!

The two women working here were so friendly. They fixed my great grandpas ring in under 10 minutes for only $30. They also cleaned it and identified the stone for me. Wonderful and friendly!

Went in to see about having a ring resized because I couldn't get it over my knuckle but ended up not needing it after all! The owner, Monica, was fantastic to work with. I went to this shop to have my watch repair and I ended up buying myself a simple ring. Monica was very friendly and accommodating. She did my watch repair for free since I bought a ring. Great addition to Prescott Valley! The owners are welcoming, helpful, and most important - they do quality work. Both my wife and I have had jewelry repairs and re-sizing done, and were very happy with the results.

Saw their ad in the paper and needed the hoop of my cross and necklace fixed. Had a wonderful conversation with the owners. They were pleasant, engaging, and very friendly. While we talked, my jewelry was repaired and at NO CHARGE! (My offer to pay was politely refused).

Stopped by this jewelry boutique yesterday to purchase a metal ring guard for a ring with tremendous sentimental value. The shop owners did not carry a metal ring guard but suggested and provided something much better! They put the guard on for me and made sure the fit was perfect. When I asked how much I owed for the service, I was told there was no charge. I have been to other jewelry shops in previous years for this same service and was always charged. I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised and very thankful for the husband and wife owners' kindness. I would definitely go back to make a jewelry purchase and 100% recommend this beautiful boutique for anyone's jewelry needs!
