Agave Village reviews
5Lots of fun things to do for their residents (card/poker room, meeting/bingo room, multiple swimming pools, at least 8 professional shuffleboard courts, outdoor clothes lines, etc.).
Management has been very kind and professional. The park is very clean, quiet as well. I've seen the Staff go above and beyond to help our elderly resident's who sometimes need a little extra help & kindness especially in the hot summer months. I've met lots of people in the community everyone has been very kind and say they love living here, several said the new management team took over about 18 Mos ago. They've really stepped up their game. They're currently updating the amenities at the park. We have lots of monthly events, pool parties, movie nights, etc. Billiard room, library, card room, computer lab, fitness center, 2 pools cleaned daily by a professional service, heated in winter. Dog park, pickle ball courts, etc. Gated community and the gates work fine. The laundry facilities are the next to be upgraded if they come out as well the other facilities they're gonna be fantastic. Feel like im living in a resort. I'm glad I picked this park after a long and exhaustive search for the right home in the right 55+ community at the right price for a great retirement home.
We enjoyed our 4 yrs wintering at Agave Village but after being told by AV office that we couldn’t reserve our current F14 space because of “corporate policies/changes” (third year they declined our space choice) we have decided to follow the sunset to another Mesa park. We will miss friends and neighbors we enjoyed while at AV but will not miss the lack of appreciation a good customer deserves. We can’t recommend AV to other RVers because AV current owner policy is to eliminate RV spaces. They showed us the exit and we took it. Best wishes to all our friends. Mark & Anita.
Hot Tub at Main Pool was out of order far too long. Park is kept very clean. Laundry room is clean and nice library across the street from laundry. Would recommend to others.
