Dr. Aiello is my dad's eye Dr. My dad is 93 and everyone at the Fortuna office is patient and kind to him. Dr.is through with my dad's needs and concerns. I now have an appt with Dr. Aiello. I would recommend.

If only all doctors in Yuma were as personal as Dr. Aiello. This office is always the busiest office I've ever walked into. Yes, you wait but it goes fast because they have a routine they follow.
The Dr himself is very qualified and very personal. He doesn't make you feel like he's in a hurry to get to the next patient.

Fortuna location: The ladies at the front desk were pleasant, polite and helpful. Dr Snyder was helpful and pleasant. The male who processed me in was expedient and rude with attitude. I explained my experience to Dr Snyder. He offered to put me in touch with the Office Manager. Maybe the Office Manager is the root of their customer service problems. I was seen by Dr Snyder, one hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time. ;* (

My experiences with Dr Aiello have been outstanding for many years. I had a bad experience with another eye clinic. Dr Aiello corrected or did something to compensate for what they did wrong. I had a eye injury when I was 5 years old the Doctor that saved my eye performed what I have been told was close to a miracle. I put Dr Aiello in this same category.
