Not so glad my a/c stopped working but it was time to retire it. They helped me get a new unit within two days! So thankful.

Air Pro technicians Jimmy and Julio were diligent and exacting in applying their professional expertise to cleaning our air ducts. We were impressed and extremely pleased with their results and highly recommend them.

Edwardo was excellent, he went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. He even made sure to call my husband and I to keep us updated (since we had to step away from our house) We truly appreciated him coming out, keeping us informed and checking everything that needed to be checked.

They were quick to respond, with excellent communication. The technician was able to find the problem, showed pictures to prove it. Now waiting for the okay to do the repair.

Found EPA certified HVAC technician, (knowledge, experienced & ability to clearly explain & shows us pictures of the combo Furnace & Cooling system that requires specific repairs OR replacement of our 28 year Goodman Unit.

Carlos and his technician came over today to offer their free estimate on our entire cooling/heating system. And thank goodness, because the last person to look at the unit was someone from my home warranty - and needless to say, they only put a band aid on what needed fixing.
Today's visit was amazing - both gentlemen were very informative and above all, very professional. I had some hesitancy at first, but Carlos answered all my questions and helped ease my mind. Once the entire estimate was done, they both shared videos and photos of their findings and spoke to me in a manner I could understand. I appreciate every aspect of today's visit and look forward to reviewing the emails sent to me to determine my next steps.
I can truly say, I trusted both these gentlemen today and because of how nice and respectful they both were, I will for sure do business with Air Pro in the very near future.

BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS! Air Pro Heating and Cooling responded to the request for a house warranty. Their diagnosis was inaccurate and outrageously excessive. The technician informed me that due to dirt accumulation, the exterior unit has to be replaced (the fan motor, compressor, capacitor, etc.are not working). However, I got a second opinion from another HVAC repair companyand it was exactly what i suspected. Only the fan motor needed to be replaced. A $200 job due to natural wear and tear. My claim is currently not covered by the house warranty becauseof these imbeciles. Air Pro Heating & Cooling was attempting to sell a new HVAC system rather than troubleshooting to rectify it and performing the necessary repairs because of the bogus diagnosis report that was filed to the home warranty.

Don't trust these guys. They sent me a quote with a bunch of extra and needless repairs. $275 for a fan motor and capacitor and then another $185 for a dual run capacitor. How are you going to install a capacitor for the motor and then a dual run capacitor? Idiotic. Capacitors are $15 on Amazon. Final quote ended up at $1600. Nice try. I hope people can do a little reaserch before trusting these snakes.
