Showed up quickly on a weekend and repaired an older unit without trying to sell a new one. Friendly and efficient.

I was impressed that they fit me into their crazy schedule to come take a look at my unit when it went down. Although the problem could not be fixed that same day, they came back the following morning after getting the parts, to fix the AC.

Recently our 20 year old AC failed on a Thursday while we were on vacation in Europe. Air-Zona checked it out on Friday and determined the compressor failed and recommended a new system. We called on Saturday and they plan to start the installation process early Monday morning. Excellent response

I was referred to this company by a friend who boasted about how they are a great family owned business. I have to say, with the care we received at the diagnostic portion, I already feel like part of the family:) I can’t forget to mention the lovely ladies answering the phones: Martha & Lisa, you’re wonderful and so very accommodating!

Their service that was done was fine but the bid the the other service was almost double the other bid. Needless to say we went with the other bid.

I am impressed with how quickly this company responded to my call for help. I called at 1045. Tech arrived at 12 and my ac is back up and running by 120.

My 1st time using Air-zona and I was not disappointed. They were extremely professional and gave me a very reasonable price on my new AC unit. This company really cares about their customers. They were on time, extremely polite, didn’t leave a mess, educated me on how to get the most comfort out of the system, and even adjusted the vents in each room to optimize the airflow in the house.
