I am new to the "WELD" but the staff was great. Helped me get my stuff For class. And didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need.as my welding skill grows. I will be back to ask for help and upgrades in my equipment. Over all. GREAT PLACE.

Dwight is the man! He is always a great help and does his best to give the best pricing for all your gas needs!

Wouldn’t honor price agreement, asked me to pay almost triple after I had already went there and loaded tanks into my vehicle

The knowledgable staff is attentive and has a can-do attitude. They know the business and their products. If needed they provide helpful insight and assist in fulfilling customer needs.

Terrible service. Staff is clueless about their own products and services. Place was great before the new staff that now runs this branch. Not sure if things changed when airgas got bought out or what but they have gone very downhill in the past months. Will be cutting ties with Airgas for good if something doesn't change. You have no respect for loyal/long time customers.

Always helpful great place to get all my welding supplies, tanks refilled and buy new welder. Friendly helpful staff. Juan is always helpful and great to do business with.

Juan always helps me with everything that I need. We have a good relationship, he knows what my companys history is, I think he needs a raise. Keep up the great customer service. All of us at Alamo Steel appreciate the service and knowledge.
