Airpark Animal Hospital, Cottonwood AZ

My dog was struck by a car. Took her to Airpark, telling them the dog was hit by a car and it was an emergency. Waited over 45 minutes for them to do the Xrays, then telling me that the dog was bleeding internally. Gave them permission to do the surgery, only to be told that they didn't do emergency surgery there. That they were not an emergency facility. By the time I called Oak Creek and they told me to get the dog to Sedona immediately, my dog had bled to death internally. I cannot say that my dog would have been saved at Oak Creek, but the failure to announce
their inability to treat emergencies, and the time wasted for their
sole intent to capture the $540 they charged me for incapable efforts, may have made a difference. I would never give them another thought for care of an animal, considering that their only motivation is profit. While they need to make a profit, the PRIMARY concern should have been the welfare of the animal.

Recently moved to Clarkdale and we're getting our two pups established. A neighbor suggested the folks at AAH and we couldn't be happier that we chose them as our go to Vet. The staff are pleasant and give you the attention you require when it comes to your best friends. The establishment is clean and modern which is a big plus. No need to hesitate and read reviews of the others. Just know we are sticklers for making sure our pups have the best care.

We love the Airpark Animal Hospital. Our dogs have been patients there since they opened their doors. Dr. Flannery and her staff are very competent and very caring.

Veterinarian was blaming, argumentative, over reactive & unable to apologize for her mistake.

I have been using Air Park for my pets for over 10 years. Mason was in for his annual checkup and shots a few weeks ago. Todays visit was a tech visit because there was an issue with giving all shots at one visit. Something was off today, we were kept waiting for about 15 minutes and Mason stood his ground and would not let the tech close, I’m not sure what was going on. After a few minutes a second tech came and insisted that he have a complete exam. I told her we were just there for the vaccination. Finally they gave him the exam and shot. The two ladies at the desk on the way out, seemed preoccupied, I paid the $49 bill and left. What bothers me, it appears like too much overhead, without management.

I have brought many animals here and the care and compassion my pets received over the years is wonderful.

Dr Flannery is amazing! She remembers all the past details and analyzes the situation better than anyone I have ever met. She does truly care!

I trust this Veterinarian office with my fur babies lives. They have taken very good of my girls.

The best! Dr. Byrnes is empathetic, knowledgeable, and personable. My wife and I love her! Dr. Byrnes always goes the extra mile to make sure our dogs are cared for with excellence. Most excellent service. They went above and beyond helping me after I had a tire blowout by boarding my 2 pets for a couple of hours while I got my tires repaired.

Didnt greet my dog when it was her first visit, she was in heat and i warned you. Went to check her temp and she snapped at you. Cant blame my dog because you never greeted her.

My main squeeze, Luna, and I love this place. Very clean. On site lab for many tests. I and my main squeeze, Luna, LoVE Dr Catherine (Byrnes). Unfortunately, I can't say they're real 'responsive', as they're really hard to get into, but once in, absolutely.

Caring, knowledgeable staff. State of the art up to date medical practice. Very comfortable with trusting my girl (Weimaraner) with them.

The entire staff is super friendly and caring and very good about communication and follow up. In fact, my cat (who hates everybody!) actually LIKES going there!
