Horrible customer service started with the man at the counter.
Employee: can I help you?
Me: Yes, Can I get a book of stamps?
Employee: Then pulls out his iphone and tries to turn volume down or turn off video he was watching when, me the customer, interrupted his Video watching.
Me: Uhhh really, pulling your phone out to close, quiet your video is more important than helping the customer?
HERE IS WHERE PROBLEM STARTS… most good service industry People would just say my apologies, didn’t mean for it to come across like that, let me get that book of stamps BUT he gets attitude with me and scoffs at me for even saying something. (UMMMM maybe if his face wasn’t busy watching a video on his iPhone he would see a customer walked in the door and walk right up to the desk in front of him and be ready to help them.) I then look at the manager standing at the register next to him and say this is the level of service we have with him getting an attitude with a customer. The manager clearly thinks it’s OK and says he was just trying to lower his video volume so he can help you. The employee then shakes his head, ask if I wanna receipt, and toss is the receipt at me on the counter. I ask if he has a problem AND HIS RESPONSE is yea, what are you gonna do about it? Unbelievable poor customer service, go to UPS Store down the street instead

Hands down the best place to handle all of your packing and shipping needs! The best personal service! If it needs to be packed if it needs to be taped It's like having a family member do it for you. They will handle it all! I've never had a parcel damaged that was shipped through Airpark Pack N Ship. And when you are a repeat customer all your addresses are saved in their system - I can't recommend them enough!
