Very poor customer service, takes forever to get a vehicle done at this place. Attempted numerous times to get a hold somebody at the shop and when I am able to it's very rude and poor attitude worst shop in Tucson

Rental a uhaul through them. Good staff nice location. Fast, friendly.

If I had known they would charge 150 for a diagnostic, I would never have gone.
People are out here struggling, trying to get home. 50 - 70$ to take a look is fair. Not discussing what you're getting someone into with double the expected rate is too far. Not cool.
