I had a complex lowered vehicle that required extra effort and the communication was great the whole way. They were a bit discerning on who they transported with so that was a nice feeling.

The price was transparent ($89+$350 from Kinston, TN to Memphis, TN) and my car arrived on time. Will definitely use their service again if I need auto transport in the futuer.

Shipped a car from East to West coast via Bravo Express LLC. Was able to start the shipment within 1 week of requesting, and the shipment took 5 days. Carter from AirRyd was very friendly, responsive, and flexible in helping match us to the transporter.

Excellent service - Wes provides a personal touch and arranged a fantastic transport for my Aston Martin. The enclosed carrier arrived 2 days earlier than originally quoted, and even got here 2 hours earlier than I was told the morning of delivery. I can't imagine a more satisfactory experience. I made several inquiries via phone and online before going with airRyd, and no one else came close in terms of comfort level and cost.

I could not be more pleased with AirRyd! They absolutely delivered exactly as they said they would. They picked up from an out of the way location on time and delivered within 4 days across the country. Well done and thank you so much!

I had a good overall experience with airRyd. I feel that they are a better company than most. When the trucking company picks up your car, they take pictures and have someone sign off on the vehicle, make sure this is done. (I was not aware of this.) More importantly, when you receive the vehicle make sure they take pictures and have you sign. (Trucking company did not take pictures and forged my signature.)

Also airRyd does not charge a "Flat $89 fee" my receipt showed that the transport company paid AirRyd additional money when the transaction is complete. All of these points are important in case the transport does not go well.

I bring this up because in my case the following went wrong. I transported a brand new 75k GMC truck. The trucking company loaded a broken muscle car over my truck. During the transport oil leaked all over my new truck. The driver should have taken better care as to the loadout. He should not have accepted a car in broken condition, or subjected my truck to that abuse. The driver did not take pictures of the truck when handed over to me, did not have me sign any paperwork. Did not offer to give me some money for a detail or even a car wash. I was so upset to see the First New truck I have ever bought in this condition! There was not response from the transport company when I reached out to them.airRyd had a prepackaged response, about drivers and how hard it is to get them. Understood but care should be taken.
If airRyd does vet transporters, they should not use this company again.

I would use airRyd again. They did get transport for a my truck over the holiday season, through a bad storm. Resonably priced.

But be aware to get all details worked out so that you have a better experience than I did.

I was really nervous about shipping my '62 Thunderbird from Iowa to Texas after having read so many horror stories. AirRyd found me a great rate (the best I could find) on an enclosed carrier, and the carrier service was excellent. They picked up my car in Iowa in the afternoon and I had it the next morning! I couldn't be happier!

I used them two times in the same month to ship my vehicle. From Omaha to Miami then back from Miami to Omaha. Everything worked out great! Thanks.

Shipped a vehicle from Texas to NC. It was admittedly a difficult vehicle to ship on a random route, but the folks at airRyd were incredibly responsive throughout the process and set me up with a great transport. THANK YOU!

I went with AirRyd because of their website questionnaire and their excellent Yelp reviews. While they did a great job of getting my vehicle to me in a short period of time the final price of $900 was considerably higher than the initial estimate of $630. While there is a certain amount of leeway to be expected my price was well outside of that range. Net net, my takeaway is that bait and switch is par for the course for ALL auto delivery companies - Buyer Beware!

Had a great experience using Airryd to ship my new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from MN to TX. The process was a bit extended due to the end of year timing, snow apocalypse in MN and lack of availability of enclosed trailers. But through it all Airryd was on top of it and kept us apprised via txt messages and emails. Delivery driver arrived on time just as promised and advised us 30 minutes before arrival. Car came through the shipment in perfect condition. Airryd comes highly recommended!

If you're sick of dealing with shady people in this industry, call these guys. They're very honest, transparent and good communicators. Check out their YouTube content for a good overview of how the car shipping industry works. A lot of us reviewers dont understand how this business works, and therefore, most of the negative reviews are mostly due to expectations that are set too high. I had a great experience with AirRyd and can recommend 100%. No shadiness, no up-selling or bait-and-switch type of stuff. Their fee is very fair. Thanks guys!

These guys know what they're doing when it comes to getting you the best rate for shipping your car. Not only did I get a good price and they got my car shipped safely, they taught me all the dirty tricks other companies pay to scam you out of Money. Will definitely be using them again.
