My experience with Zona Plumbing was excellent. They first sent a team to assess the issue (which was cold water crossover at a faulty shower faucet standing in the way of my intent to install a hot water distribution pump to deliver instant hot water to our bathroom faucets during specified time periods). That team also identified that our overall home water pressure was too high, putting our internal pipes and faucets at risk. They provided a written itemized quote for the work, with a bundle discount offered if we did all of the proposed work together. The actual work, performed by JR and Alberto who were professional, diligent and friendly, included sourcing and replacement of the shower faucet cartridge, installation and programming of the hot water distribution pump (which I had already purchased), and sourcing and installation of a new pressure relief valve (PRV). During installation of of the PRV, they discovered an existing leaky valve near the water meter, which they repaired at no additional charge. The final invoice matched the agreed proposal price, which I always appreciate. Overall I'm very satisfied! And I expect to eventually recoup much of the cost (while helping the environment) through reduced water consumption.

Jose & Diego did an outstanding job replacing our PRV and installing a new water Spicket & shut off valve. They also insulated the copper lines with proper insulation and wrap it with Mil10 tape, to give it a longer lasting lifespan. Thank you both!
