Please give an appreciative message to Dr Narwani, that I think he is cheerful and kind! I like the way he looks me in the eye and answers my questions without seeming annoyed or in a hurry.

Dr. Narwani is a wonderful Dr.and listen's to your issue. Unlike some Dr.s and I never feel nervous around him. Also the lady's at the front desk are extremely sweet.

I am very happy with the level of care I receive from Dr Narwani and Dimple Amin. Truly the most caring and compassionate providers I see! The new offices on Elliot are very nice. Office wait times have improved dramatically. There is no longer any problem with smoking outside the entrance. The procedures in place due to Covid are reassuring and evident! Keep up the good work!

2017: I really like Dr Narwani and Vee. They are both friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! The office staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile to help out. The ladies up front at the main office and procedure clinic always have a smile! The nurses that get you prepared for procedures are really good at starting IV's on me- and that is bonus points because I am a hard stick.
The level of sedation during procedures seems to vary. Sometimes I feel and remember nothing, other times I am awake and feeling some pain? It's a mystery to me.
Only 4 stars because the waiting room time is crazy long.usually around 30 minutes, and once it was an hour and a half wait.
It is so crazy when I have to wait 45 minutes to get trigger injections that only take 3-5 minutes total.
Also, there always seem to be patients smoking right outside the entrance and the smoke blows inside. Yuck!

Doctors are great staffing not so much they give u a 10 min leeway and I was one minute and half late and couldn’t been seen today 2nd time that happen to me in less than half a year

Dr. Narwani is an excellent doctor. He is kind, patient, a good listener and works to come up with the best plan to help you.

New patient. Only visit him once and he wouldn't even let me speak. So rediculus the way he treated me dont think i want to come back to that. Word of advice dr im a person not just a stupid patient.

Dr. Narwani was great. The staff was always friendly and understanding on every visit. I've never had to have epidural injection before, but due to the pain from and accident they made sure I was taking care of. I can see why they are so busy. It's because they do good work and are very professional. Thank you Dr. Narwani and your staff.

Being treated like a nobody and having a staff member challenge you and be very Aggressive And lying right to my face when I heard what went on. I had a very very bad experience with the staff and their sedation! I’ve been under sedation dozens of times for injections! They said they gave me the sedation but I believe something went wrong as I was in Excruciating pain during the procedure and was able to walk right out without needing a wheelchair! Extremely disappointed!

Being straight up lied to by office mgr about submitting request to my insurance for approval for RFA. The NP do not know how to do trigger point injections, but that was what I had done every month because "My insurance declined authorization" straight up lie, they NEVER SUBMITTED THE REQUEST. As far as the five star reviews on here with no comments, I find that questionable.

Dr. Narwani was a God send to me. My primary care doctor recommended him and he was the first doctor that took the time and really listened to me. Have been in his care for years now and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a very caring doctor. The office staff has been very helpful in all aspects.

Loved this place but some of the staff is great. Diana is a nightmare. She needs to go back to school n her people skills suck. So does Elizabeth, I think she's a receptionist. Narwani is awesome, really cares. And so does Mike, but HIPPA there is horrible since everyone knows ur business.

Love this office and the front desk staff. Dr Narwani is truly a genuine caring provider and puts his patients before anything else. He took the time to listen to me and I am so thankful to have found specialty pain management.

I love Dr. Narwani! I came in because of chronic pain among other issues, and had been switched from pain meds from a previous doctor to methadone due to pregnancy. Doctor Narwani offered to help me get off of that horrible medicine. Which was very difficult, due to the horrific withdrawals, best thing I ever did. I absolutey reccomend this man to anyone suffering from pain. As long as you respect his rules, he will go out of his way to help you.

AJAY is a wonderful man and a wonderful Dr. After 6 years of relationship building, I had mentioned I would try medical marijuana. He said, if I do not write it, do not allow us to find it in your system, you signed this contract rules are rules, besides he says, you said it has a horrific smell, I said Bro! Doc.

. It smells like a teenage foot with raging hormones with a chromosome off set. Anyway.

Yes, I tried it, made me paranoid and dysfunctional.yes failed my UA, he wasn't there that day, his PA fired me, no questions asked no help, no advise. I walked out, everyone knew. HIPPA? LOL I was coming down off the meds by choice, I was tapering off, I was thrown away like yesterdays trash. If there is a such thing as a Doctor Patient Friendship. I would have painted his garage for a 12pack of beer. I have not been able to get into a pain doctor since. Been working to get off SSDI, feel like I have been punished for doing the right thing.

But cancel the victim, I took a Schedule 1 narc. Without a RX. Wanna play, you gotta pay. Dr was just doing his job, or his assistant was. I hear stories of people taking retest they could have done more help. I was there for years, all of his Nurse practitioners I consider friends.

My pain is off the chart. My anxiety is through the roof. My Shrink who practices defensive medicine, won.t write me for just in case happy pills, cause I am the fair haired child that displays high function in a low function clinic.

This place is a rip off, first they rescheduled on me multiple times over a 6 month period, I asked them up front about all the billing and what I owed which I paid there and now I am getting bills 7 months later saying I owe hundreds of dollars for no reason. The person was rude when I called in and very unprofessional

This place is horrible they brake your hippa right and then have you go cold turkey off the othet meds that u need i dont recommend this dr to anyone only if you want a horrible experience

Dr. Narwani, Dr. V, Nurse Mike, and the rest of the staff are nothing but awesome. I am so grateful for this team.

Absolutely the least professional office staff I've ever had to deal with. I am filing a complaint with the medical board and with my insurance company.
UPDATE.
I changed my review because once I got in today to meet Dr. Narwani and the rest of his staff, they went out of their way to fix the issues I had been dealing with. He is a wonderful man and doctor. Thank you to him and Christy both for fixing the issues today.
