AJ's Fine Foods reviews
36Patio bistro has some awesome food cooked to order. Pasta and Potato salad Two thumbs way up. Best burger also.
Keith in the wine section was fantastic. This guy knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend going and purchasing your wine here.
Great grocery store, they get it. They have the high end aged prime steaks as well as real bagels which is almost impossible to find in Arizona. Blows the others away.
Whole foods who?
Only thing missing is outside cut skirt steak, that quest goes on.
Everything in the store seems to be way over priced. The store is clean but feels cluttered. The employees are nice and welcoming. Overwhelming amount of products everywhere but I guess that's what makes it unique.
Asst director luann assumed me and my wife were going to still the food we ordered from deli like we have been doing for a long time very embarrassed and humiliated.after all that my wife's fish was cold
It's okay. It's overpriced but that's to be expected. I'm not impressed with the quality of the produce. They are nothing better than Fry's and may be lagging behind Sprouts. But their prices are about twice as high. Haven't tasted the produce, but honestly there wasn't a huge selection.
These are tomatoes that I grew. This is what good produce looks like. Didn't take a picture of their produce. It wasn't foodie worthy.
I love AJ's
I don't just LIKE AJ's. I LOVE AJ's.
I come here as often as possible to eat everything that they sell (even the dog food.okay not the dog food).
I don't live here which is frustrating because AJ's is really one of the only places I really love in Phoenix.this one in particular I think has the best selection and the most lovely store of the three or four I've been to.
Nothing here is ever bad
Everyone who works here clearly enjoys their chosen work
The selection of foods is incredible
It is really top notch and fantastic. I am really glad my company gives me a food per diem to spend, because I spend almost every cent of it here when I am in the vicinity!
Perfecto!
I'm rating AJ's boulangerie (bakery) here. Although the pastries look good, they're mediocre and overpriced. People who have never tasted the real French croissants or pastries won't know the difference, but see for yourself what AJ's almond croissant looks like-ridiculous. Also I have noticed that the male staff that's involved in cooking has their hair and beards uncovered, which is not hygienic. AJ Fine Foods needs to do something about this.
The hipster young lady with a Jerry-Curl, glasses and bangs is as approachable as a stick of dynamic. However the dessert was delicious. So maybe I should have given them two stars.
Love the experience at AJ’s. I especially want to say that Rick (in the BBQ outside) is top notch. Great food and even under pressure.friendly and patient.
They claim to provide an unparalleled shopping experience and to have culinary experts that are passionate about food. All lies. These idiots can't even cut a proper filet. When I picked up the tenderloin to start the prepping it nearly split in two with only a thin slice holding it together. Then the ribeye I got was on the same level as a choice grade one from Frys. With how overpriced this store is I expected at least some quality. Not in the least bit satisfied.
This is the worst grocery store meat department in the East Valley, period. Everytime I come here there an issue with either qualitiy, service or both. Don't be fooled by the name. You are better off with Walmart
I enjoyed my visit. My sandwich and potato salad were very good. The lighting in the store was very dark. All in all, it was a great visit.
Superb takeout meals, groceries, pizza by the slice. The dessert counter alone is worth the trip.
This place sucks. The ladies at the register are oblivious and senile, while the whole store is disorganized and overstocked with foods that are not applicable to any recipe or household.
