A Stellar Experience with AKOI Motors: A Review from a 2014 Ford Escape Owner

Six months ago, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape from AKOI Motors and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. As a nervous car buyer, I value transparency and trustworthiness and AKOI, without a doubt, exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I met “B”, one of the owners, I sensed a kindness and honesty that is often hard to come by in any sector. His patience and willingness to address all my questions over two weeks of phone calls and text messages, reflect the values of his company. In the business of selling, it's rare to meet someone both dedicated and humble.

Before I took the long drive to Tempe to see the car, B made sure to have me review the online photos more closely so that I could see areas of oxidation on the roof. I don’t think most dealers would have done that, instead preferring to get me in the door before I noticed a potential problem area! After my purchase, I decided to have those areas of oxidation repaired and painted by their shop and their work was excellent! The paint was perfectly matched and I’m so glad I had them take care of it.

What sets AKOI apart is their commitment to providing sound facts and helpful information. This is a dealership that understands the importance of building trust with its customers. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I never felt pressured into making a decision. I’ve referred two customers to them, one for a car purchase and the other for paint repair. Both are extremely happy!

We didn't end up buying from them but I really appreciated their communication and professionalism throughout the process. They were understand why we chose to go a different route. I can't say I've ever given a good review to a dealership let alone one I didn't even buy from but they've earned it.

This place was amazing with such quick and accommodating service. Our car broke down and we where even to trade it in at a good value. I especially liked that they took care of registration/license plates so it saved a trip to the DMV for both vehicles. They where also able to fix any issues with the new car quickly and we had the car in less than 24 hours. I wish I remembered the man that helped us but he was definitely a great salesman who made sure we where set before letting us leave.
