Alamo Rent A Car, Mesa AZ

Being charged for a second driver was a disappointment. I do not understand how a daily fee for a second user has any defense.
Otherwise a good experience.

It was really easy to get all of the paperwork done, get the car and return the car. The employees at both locations (airports) were very friendly.

We arrived late at night at the Phoenix/Mesa airport & not only was the counter open, the employees were very efficient, pleasant & prompt. NO complaints!

Great service. I made the reservation at the wrong airport and they helped me anyway and honored the price. The lady was super nice. I will use Alamo again for sure.

I had a slight hiccup in my reservation, and the manager, Walter, was a great example of an attentive manager who listened patiently and found a solution to the problem. He's one of the reasons I always look for alamo rentals first.

We rented a Toyota Camry at the Mesa Az Airport. I was upset that we were upcharged $80 when we picked up the car, even though we booked and paid for the car through Allegiant.

The car we rented was in good condition with only a few minor blemishes. The counter representative was good to work with. We were able to get through the check in process and on the road quickly. I would rent from Alamo again without hesitation.

Great customer service. Lynn was very friendly and helpful. She helped us out when one of the other representatives left. Return went smooth.

Rented a car in Mesa, service light came on shortly after I left the parking lot. 24 hours later, a message came on and said i needed to drive to charge the battery. I was nervous driving as I wasn't sure when the car would start next. When I dropped off the car, the agent asked me about the car. I told him about the above and he said, what can i do to make you feel better. He gave me 50% off. Wow, what customer service. He didn't want me to leave upset and with the adjustment to my bill, he 100% rectified the situation. Good for Alamo!

We flew into Mesa Airport and the folks at the rental counter were very professional and courteous. Rental drop off is a breeze too. We will definitely rent from Alamo again!

Alamo had the car ready.it was clean. They were busy with alot of customers. I was handled in a timely manner. They were pleasent to deal with in Mesa, AZ.
I have no complaints.

I had called Alamo to reserve a vehicle as I wanted 2 car seats. I had asked for a Minivan or similar as we needed the room. I was told there were no minivans available so would be given a full size car. I did ask if this would be similar to the van and was told it would be. I am very disappointed as we did not get what I was expecting. We were traveling with another family and they had to take some of our luggage as it did not fit as well as a passenger. The car was very hard getting in and out of as was so low to the ground. I drive a minivan at home so am not familiar with car makes and models. So when requesting something similar, I thought it would be. Very disappointing.

We were greeted promptly and given a beautiful suv. Return was friendly and quick as well. The whole process made travelling easy.

Really easy, seamless process. They upgraded our vehicle for us which really made our trip that much more special. When I went to return the vehicle, I mentioned that when I picked it up, the gas wasn't completely full but I filled it regardless. The guy immediately apologized and gave me a nice credit. Fantastic experience all around.
